A very different type of movie, but I actually kind of adored Liev Schreiber as the newspaper editor in Spotlight. Obviously he'd be snarkier/more animated here, but he does bring a certain gravitas/credibility I could go for.

Honestly, if it's Superman characters, I'll take as many as they want to include. They don't have to have a huge role, it just helps create the feel of his world.
