The Most Screwed-Up Movie You've Seen Is...

Here's a question, could Freaks be remade today with real "freaks" like the original without using make-up effects?
I remember Rob Zombie stating on Bravo's countdown of the 100 greatest horror films of all time special, that there would essentially be no way a film like "Freaks" could be remade today using real life attractions such as Browning employed in the original. I assume he was referring to a possible negative outcry being much more vocal, and publicized about degradation and what not.

Immortal
Anyone seen this film?

When I use to have scifi(thank you mediacom for pulling it >_>) I came across this film. Part of it reminded me of "Sin City" and some other elements even had me going "WTH?" with the blue woman, and the half man/half eagle.

Yeah, Salo is possibly the sickest film I've seen so far. I'm not really into sick and disturbing films unless there's some sort of comedic element to it.

All I gotta say is after seeing this movie is wow!:wow:

I wouldn't say its the most screwed up movie ever but i've never really seen violence like this before and i've seen alot of horror movies. But i guess thats cause i don't watch much outside the US and this is French.

The only seen that gets me is the black guy from Saw III get all his limbs get twisted in circles. Other then that I can stand "anything".
Ive even seen Two Girls one Cup and BME Pain Olympics witch are both real videos and BME involves a real dude chopping of his man hood. Watch at your risk...

Oh come on, "Hostel" was fun but really mild compared to the really screwed up foreign horror movies especially some low budget ones.

You should check out these movies that will mess you up:

"Men Behind The Sun". (Disgusting Hong Kong World War II horror drama about the Japanese torturing Chinese and Russians, they even used a real child's dead corpse for the autopsy sequence and killed a few real animals).

"In a Glass Cage (a.k.a. Tras El Cristal)": Utterly horrifying and dark Spanish horror thriller about an ex-nazi pedophile that has sexually assaulted, tortured and murders kids then after realizing the horrible things he did, he commits suicide but fails as it leaves him paralyzed to the neck. A young man becomes his nurse but unfortunately he happens to be a former rape victim from the sicko long time ago as he wants revenge. It has disturbing material such as a young boy stripped nude he is hunged by his wriests in chains hanging as the nazi takes a picture of him then beats him to death many times with a hard wooden plank, the disgusting sounds of the Nazi breathing in his special lung machine which he calls his "Glass Cage" or a young naked boy tied to a chair as he gets an injection of gasoline into his heart.

Inside (2007): Really disturbing and grotesque yet compelling French horror thriller that has to be seen to believed.

The Untold Story (a.k.a. Human Pork Chop, Bunman): Ugly and dark Hong Kong horror thriller based on a real story has some screwed up stuff like cannibalism, a woman being stabbed in the vagina with chopsticks, kids getting chopped up and more.

The New York Ripper: Fulci's most messed up movie yet! has women being tortured and sometimes butchered by a sick duck talking killer, there's even a broken bottled stabbed in a woman's private area.

Guiena Pig: What's there to say? sick crap going on.

Salo: Should i really explain this one? maybe you should see it.

Even some U.S. ones like:

Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer is a very realistic and unique account on a actual murderer and has a disturbing snuff video sequence where he kills an entire family and even a Pawn Shop owner with a TV over his skull.

Bloodsucking Freaks: The most F'uped Troma movie ever made, 1975's notorious shock and torture feast puts "Hostel" to shame, it has chicks being naked as they are tortured even sexually especially their nipples sliced off, a chick getting her brain sliced and sucked out with a straw and dental torture.

Hills Have Eyes (2006): Greatest remake in recent memory! now this is ten times gorier then any hollywood horror flick with the exception of "Devil's Rejects" and "Grindhouse", just has the sheer disturbance of the original but more nastier.

Is it possible to be beaten to death more than once?

High Tension? The other title, Switchblade Romance is much better
But, that film was good...up until the badly edited and confusing ending.

It's also refered to as Haute Tension.

Yeah
I thought the one chick got killed with the thing going through her so how could she be alive in the mental place?

Salo was beyond disturbing, Blood Sucking Freaks was fun, and Cannibal Holocaust was pretty damn nasty.

Ok. So i have been reading over this thread since the beginning and the only film that i can think of is " Monster " with Charlize Theron.

I literally felt disgusting when finishing that movie and I felt the need to badly go shower off.

That was the first and only time i have ever watched that movie and I don't intend on doing so again.

I totally forgot about that movie, it did scare the hell out of me. Afterward I told my fiancee I would never watch it again

The only movie that genuinely made me want to vomit was Troll 2.

For numerous reasons.

It's so unsettling from the get-go. It's incredibly hard to watch. It's a fantastic movie, but barely watchable to me. It took me a year and a half to work up the guts to see it a second time.

Kids is messed up.

So is Julien, Donkey Boy.

Y'know what, anything where Harmony Korine is involved is messed up.

Blair Witch scares the doo-doo out of me.

You were scared of people constantly screaming and fighting, figures made out of sticks, wind, and a basement with someone's back turned at the corner?

you forgot NY R when the killer slices a girl's nip, and her EYE while looking at it!!!! wow!!

Oh. There's this movie Chaos...it sucks don't bother seeing it.

But in the film, the killer slices off one chick's nipple, and then forces her to eat it until she pukes.

And then she gets killed and they have sex with her corpse. The other chick dies by getting stabbed in her vag and her bunghole, repeatedly.

Yeah. So, don't see this movie.

I wish there was a most disturbing scene thread..

Without any doubt in my mind the most disturbing/screwed up movie is HOSTEL.

No question!
