Yeah, he trained her to become a criminal so she could eventually take over his organization. During the Busiek/Perez Avengers run (and during a crossover with The Thunderbolts) she betrayed him helping the two teams take him down.

"A bit awkward" = utterly ridiculous. Hitch dropped the ball there, which is sad given that Wolverine's pretty much the focal point of the entire cover.

For those still unfamiliar, Count Nefaria is an old-school Avengers/X-Men foe, a big-time organized crime boss who has also at times had super-powers (once resisting a combined assault from people like Vision and Thor).

People actually like the Wonder Man bit? Wonder Man came off like a complete f***ing tool there. Bendis is apparently turning WM into a villain for no apparent reason.

Well. He was weak willed even before Hank's downfall. Of course he might just be a vehicle for the distaste alot of people have for Hollywood types who get involved in politics.
