The New NEW Exiles??

I would definately include Hero Dr. Doom:

A heroic Dr. Doom is just too good to pass up.

Some of these ideas could make great team members, while others could just be realities the Exiles visit.

Sorry, this announcement about bringing back the Exiles (with the old story idea) has made me all excited about Alternate reality story ideas and team mates. And has caused me to post pics from alternate realities.

There are certain characters who i just dont think would do well in the Exiles kind of setting (ie dimension hopping pseudo-cosmic). Namor, I think, is one of them.

I wouldnt ever wanna see Namor in any form on the Exiles.

Right now, if i was chosing a team it'd be:

-Slim (alternate future Cyclops. Cyborg arm, missing eye, badass field leader)

-the Knight (Dane Whitman, student of Dr Strange and soldier in the guerilla war against Dormamu's occupation of earth)

-Tania Stark (Daughter of Iron man and the Black Widow, inheritted her father's intellect and her mother's skills. Uses a female, sleeker more stealthy version of the Iron Man armor.)

-Colossus (Russian super soldier. Heavy weapons/demolitions expert. Never met Charles Xavier, never joined the X-men veteran member of the red guard)

-Valkyrie (one of last survivors of a world where Ragnarok went unchecked and claimed nearly every life in all the nine worlds.)

-Sue Richards (Space faring hero from a reality where Galactus destroyed the earth and all that remains of humanity are interstellar nomads)

-Puma (veteran super hero, long time member of heroes for hire, trained alongside some of the most skilled individuals in the world, including Danny Rand, Sergei Kravinoff and the Black Panther. Uses a Vibranium spear)

And I used to make up my own Exiles ideas ALL THE TIME.
In my art thread I have posted many of those, including the Daredevil Devil idea (sort of a rip off of the Thunderbird guy from Exiles.)

Just read the new Exiles #1. Here are my thoughts (no spoilers of course). Let me know if you want any specific questions answered.


Exiles #1
I was not expecting to like this. I've read the odd Exiles issue in the past and not been interested, but this one was really fun (I won't spoil it but there's a line in there about Captain America that was hilarious). The story looks interesting with some hints about little twists to the characters that I'm looking forward to finding out and the art is quite good, and fits the story. 8.5/10

I know what you mean but looking for Knights were all like regular knights and you mention Dr. Strange and guerilla warfare so picked him but he has a blade on the end of his staff Glad you liked most the picks it was an awesome team.

If anyone else wants to make a team I might take a shot at finding art for it.

Hey Corp I put in dark socerer knight in google or something and that came up on Flickr. Wish I knew who did it I really dig it.

but Black Panther's ID isn't revealed in this ish. It is revealed that he's the only non-mutant on the team and it's strongly hinted at that it's not T'challa, but that's all the info they give for now.

Marvel Hotline[/i] with Jeff Parker about #1. I have to say, he's got me interested (plus, a couple of these characters of AUs of ones that I really like).

The naming still strikes me as a bit uncreative; Polaris, Forge, and Beast have the same names as their 616 versions (and, in the case of Lorna and Forge, not widely different looks), but then you take Scarlet Witch and Black Panther and just clip the colours off them for some reason.

I don't remember exactly. I think it was a fan pic, perhaps a commission but I am pretty sure its a fan pic. It would just be a cool what if idea, really don't think it came from a comic though.

Its from when Marvel was doing those A-Z type encyclapedia comics about their characters. They would do ones about their dead characters, or characters from WWII and stuff like that. This was from their Aletnate Universe characters book.

I heard BP is meant to be the comic relief type character, that he is more carefree and fun loving than the others.

“Probably what will be most surprising to people will be his personality. He’s the more fun-loving one of the group – not something you typically associate with the Black Panther. He’s Mr. Fun.”

If he is meant to be an familiar face, then maybe its Spider-Man. You know, cause he is fun loving. Or maybe its just a new Black Panther. I don't know, but I like the book so far and will keep reading to find out.

I think the reason they named him Panther instead of black Panther is he isn't black. Also hes very young and I think maybe super smart with robots that lion kicked butt. I loved the first issue Just wish more had happened.

Not a mutant.
Experienced in fighting.
Doesn't sound like T'Challa.
Is humorous.
has Spider-Man's build.

And I think he still represents Wakanda and uses robotics, possibly desigtned by him.

I like the first issue. Morph/Timbroker was a great scene.
It looks like they are fixing it.
