Well truth be told this looked cool...

However I'll be honest, out of all the MCU films. This is the one I'm a bit worried about.
There is definitely some nice imagery in the trailer. But it isn't Kubrick.

I like that they through us a curve. Marvel's relied heavily on humor to sell the audience on the idea of their movies but this was way more serious than I had anticipated.

I liked it a lot and thought the exposition provided by Hank was great.

For people complaining about CGI...the film's barely been wrapped a few months and there's 7 to go until release. Let's see you do better. Sheesh.

It looked ok. I think a little more humor wouldve helped...but then that would get complaints to.

Obviously it's just a teaser wish it explored/showed more about the heist angle.

The suit looks fantastic and I hope Reed, Feige and co. really just dig into the story between Lang, Pym and Janet. I haven't kept up with Antman since SDCC, but the teaser there sounded incredibly promising and feel like there's just so much to explore with this new interpretation of Pym and how he hates heroes.
Janet?

I hate to say it, but for some reason I'm not doing cartwheels over AOU nor Ant-Man just yet. There are so many decisions I absolutely love about both (casting especially, the fact that Avengers may not be so buddy-buddy by the end of AOU, Ant-Man's heist angle), but both have yet to stir a certain emotion of hype I usually experience for [most of] their movies. Still staying cautiously optimistic on this though.

Hate to be that guy but the trailer was a little on the meh side.

I guess I was expecting more action scenes. It's probably too early.

Exactly how I felt. But then again, it's not really a full trailer, only a teaser so you never know. They may blow us out of the water next time. But the way they hyped this trailer up, you'd think they would have shown more.

You say that as if that can't already be the tagline for the entire MCU. :o
Point, Sawyer. :yay:

Trailer was ok. Easily the weakest I can remember since TDW teaser. It definitely didn't hit me in the chest the way the trailers for TWS or GotG did. Feels more Phase 1. Very generic, almost unfinished.

Love the helmet. Love it.

I liked it, I'm not blown away or anything, but I didn't expect to be.
For a teaser, I felt it did it's job.
I'll buy the action figure when it comes out.
:yay:

AoU had me at evil Legionnaire crushing other puny suit.

Well besides Guardians of the Galaxy, Marvel's trailers are always very dark and serious in tone (Ironman 3, Thor TDW) and the actual movie ends up being a lot lighter than the trailer advertised.

With that said, this movie looks great. I'm on board.

I am so sick of the, "the movie has a lot of time before release. The CGI will get better" crap. We do not know this. Heck it is becoming more and more apparent that do to the short post-schedules, the early teaser shots are close to done because they don't have much time to go back and change them.

How many early teaser shots from other Marvel films have changed?

Honestly, once he's in the suit, it's exciting. I think the exposition is what's turning me off. It's very generic "you're special" dialogue.
