Bloody hell. The de-aged Douglas looked on point. it's not even noticeable that they used CGI damn.

Yeah that really was incredible. Absolutely the best de-aging I've seen on film. It was flawless.

yeah I'm curious to see it. I guess the last time I saw de-aging effects was Patrick Stewart in X3 but that didn't come off so well.

How much is he de-aged?

Articles say 30 years. So he's gotta be about late 30s.

The movie was really good. Easily a top five Marvel film for me. It might even be in my top three.

I though it was fun and I was entertained though out.

Yellowjacket is easily one of the better Marvel villains. Clear motivations and he had a personality.

Many people said Michael Pena was the most funny but I thought David Dastmalchian's character Kurt was even more funny.

The microphotography was fantastic and the CGI was brilliant.

I really want to see more of Hank and Janet's adventures.

about 25 or so years i estimate? its very impressive. i was taken aback by it to be honest

They de-aged him to his forties.

Looks like Wall Street Michael Douglas

It looked great. Far better that X3 and Tron Legacy de-ageing.
Wow, I really need to see this! I guess he'd need to have the zip of a Michael Douglas in his prime to pull it off though?

He does. You have to give props for him for pulling that part off too.

The scene was the last one Douglas filmed on Ant-Man because he had to shave off his goatee.

I'll be very impressed if he has done that, especially after suffering that horrible illness. Guy's a legend!

Nope. Not for me. I'm still excited for every MCU film. And I'm going back to see Ant-Man tomorrow.

Can't really relate. I thought AoU was the ultimate comic come to life and I really, really disliked Jurassic World.

Well JW was more sentimental towards me, part of my childhood really so it's to polar forces...could be why my enthusiasm died. AoU was good, I just really hated how Whedon put himself in Ultron.

I'm excited for Ant-man, really am, but it didn't hit me too hard that I wasn't seeing it last night. There's one particular part of the film that I heard about that has me really existed, as it seems pretty funky. I'm confident my feelings will change after tonight. It's just odd, these films have been what the only thing that has genuinely gotten me excited from the entertainment industry. But I've heard great things about this so I'm starting to get a little pumped. May grab a few beers with my buddies prior.

Add me to the camp that was VERY impressed with the de-aging CGI.

Yeah, the de-aged Douglas looked fantastic. Major props to the team that worked on that.

Yes it was. I really thought it would be a take me out of the movie moment by being noticably CGI....but it looked like they filmed Michael 30 years ago and just released the footage.

I agree, the de-aging effect was perfection. The only thing that was a bit 'off', was the background. It felt like a green screen from Episode I or something, but it was probably the 3D effect, I don't know.

The de-aging effect was incredible. Best I've ever seen.
