I saw the film in 2D and the deaging was flawless.
I did as well and couldn't tell if he was in front of a green screen or not. I heard several people around me mention how good that looked so it seems quite a few are impressed with the deaging.

I think this movie had the strongest language out of all MCU films

Because Cap isn't around to remind them.

I was so happy...

That Falcon got a major fight scene. Far better than his cameo in AoU.
They actually gave him something big to do this time around. He was giving Ant-Man a pretty good fight up until
Scott got into his wingpack and put him out of commission.

Just got home from watching Ant-Man and boy was it hilarious. I had a great time with the whole cast and premise. Rudd did great too.

Came home from watching Ant-Man, and although I was buoyed by its high RT score and had high expectation, this movie still exceeded them. Not gonna get into a long-winded review now, but it's definitely one of my favorite MCU movies. I think in Phase 2, I'd rank it 3rd behind TWS and GOTG; it's that good. It has humor, action, and surprisingly a lot of heart and emotions as well. Marvel does it again!

Glad you enjoyed it. It was nice to get a smaller scale movie after the all near world-ending events of almost every other Phase 2 movie, save for IM3.

Even though it's small-scaled, but we get to see how it connects with the history of SHIELD and the other MCU movies, and so it is simultaneously an intimate movie and a bridge to other bigger, more epic movies as well. And after I saw the after movie scenes, this movie doesn't feel small anymore. I also think Payton Reed did an phenomenal job directing the script by Edgar Wright. I don't know if Wright can do it better as the director nor do I care, all I know is that Reed has made the movie great with his direction. That's all it matters to me.

Worst case scenario Ant-Man/Wasp questions.

If Ant-Man/Wasp took off their suit's while shrunk would they simply grow back to normal or suffer a horrible death?

I'm pretty sure the implication was they wouldn't be immediately killed, but they wouldn't survive long. That lamb seemed fine for the 20 seconds or so after it was shrunk

Saw Ant-Man yesterday. Loved it! Very inventive action sequences and visual effects. All of the cast were perfect. Rudd and Douglas rocked!

Ant-Man hit 80% on Rotten Tomatoes according to my browser. WE DID IT!!! :D

Tried to get a bunch of people to go see Ant-Man with me last night. Failed.

Trying to get a bunch of people to go see Ant-Man with me tomorrow. Failing.

I'll just go on my own then.

I think you die.

Reed says the suit regulates pym particle distribution

Haha I had the same problem yesterday. Anyone who was down for a movie only wanted to see Trainwreck (no thanks). The only two people who wanted to see Ant-Man wouldn't go see it in IMAX 3D or any of the other Digital 3D places. They only wanted to watch it on the regular screen.

If I have to I will go it alone.

lol. I had the same problem. Ant Man is just a difficult concept to sell to regular people man. Watching a movie by yourself isnt all that bad tbh

I love this movie so much, the more I think on it the more I love it, really hope it resonates with audiences.

That's what I did and I had a great time

All you have to say is: Did you like The Incredible Shrinking Man? Innerspace? Honey I Shrunk The Kids? Do you like Marvel super hero movies? If yes, they should just go see it.

Not that this is necessarily a bad thing, but I thought months back the rumor was that there would be 60's flashbacks, but actually it ends up being 80's flashbacks.

^^ Yeah I guess Hank is shown
after hes been with SHIELD for decades and its at the end of that when he quits in 1989 (I think)
