Do you usually find when people start off their statement with " I'm not racist but..." It's always some racist crap?
Anyone ever been in a situation where you weren't the only black person, but you were the only black person who wasn't ghetto?

In classrooms.
Everyone probably knows this but Boondocks has new episodes April 21st.
I found that out a month or two ago. I thought Tyler Perry had gotten the show cancelled, so I was excited to hear that they were coming out with new episodes.
Anyone ever been told that they "talk White"?
Yes. It's the most annoying thing ever. Being called an "Oreo" is just as annoying, but my friends usually only say that in jest.
WTF? What's considered "sounding white" to a white person?I have actually seen white dudes tell somebody they sound white.
Unfortunately some people don't seem to realize that just because you grew up in the hood doesn't mean you have to act like it.
I remember that show! It was called Race-O-Rama and that pimp was called, I kid you not, "Mr. White Folks".I remember seeing some show on MTV or VH1 and they had some old White guy who happened to be a pimp. The commentators were all "Oh, if you close your eyes, you'd think it was a Black guy." But, I thought, "No, he still sounds like an old White dude to me even if he sounds like he's from the ghetto."
It's kind of like being a black geek/nerd. Tell certain people about all the stuff you're into and they'll say something like "what, you like that? That's some white ****".I'm Hispanic and my friend's parents and family in the Poconos, because my parents raised me to be respectful damnit, would from time to time say stuff like, "Oh, Miguel speaks so well"... I know they thought they were being complimentary but... Well the implication is there, ya'know? That being said, too many of my own family and people I grew up with in Brooklyn would say stuff to my face about how I "try to sound and act white."
You can't win for losing sometimes.

"I'm not racist, but.." = "I'm racist."
