Yeah it's a gross version of Penguin. But that art is well done though.

I remember a lot of the merchandise for this movie being in that art style actually. I had like 2 Batman Returns t-shirts back in '92 that were very similar.

Yeah, it was. I had a backpack that had similar artwork when I was 9-10 years old. It was a lot more colorful, but the artwork was similar.

I remember I had a t shirt with one of the most common images used on the bookbags (Batman head shot with Gotham skyline and moonlight behind). As for the other shirts I mentioned it wasn't so much the penciled art style per se but more so the shading style. I actually managed to find images of them online which was cool. Random thought, but if anyone is still looking for those DC Multiverse Batman Returns figures, the latest wave is FINALLY starting to hit retail shelves. I found Catwoman at Target ($9.99) and the Penguin at Kmart ($8.99). Both places also had unmasked Keaton Batmans and the Christopher Reeves Superman.

I've only seen them at comic shops, but they were always for $15, and they were smaller than what I was expecting them to be. I thought they would've been the same size as the Movie Master figure from TDK.

They truly are tiny which was a little disappointing I admit, but surprisingly detailed for their size. The Penguin is far and way the best and totally what we SHOULD have gotten in 1992. The sculpt for Catwoman's face is very nice as well but in her case the paint job can make it or break it.
