Does this count as a professional fight? As in will Floyd's record move on to 50-0?

Yes, it would be official as long as Conor gets his license and it is sanctioned by a AC.

in news that will not surprise anyone Shannon Briggs has failed a drug test. That man's pee must've looked green for the last decade or so.

Yeah dude. He calls out every belt holder in the division. :funny:

Heavyweight Shannon Briggs has failed a random VADA-conducted urine test for dramatically elevated levels of testosterone, ESPN has learned. His June 3 fight against Fres Oquendo for the vacant WBA "regular" title likely will be canceled.

"Regular" titles is those place holder titles when the actual champion is in active. WBA's legit or "Super" Heavyweight champion is AJ. It's all done for them to make money.

I have never heard it called a regular title. You learn something new everyday.

WBA have their "Regulars".

WBC have their "Diamond" and "Silvers".

If you ever see these titles on any boxer , just know that they're not the legit belt holders.

I wish they'd thin out the number of titles in boxing in general. It's ridiculous when you see someone like GGG coming to the ring or after a victory & he's got like 4 or 5 belts draped over him.

Crawford looking sharp, as usual, but it's time to move up, and by calling out Thurman, seems like he's ready. He's partially through his prime as it is, there's zero reason to keep wasting time at 140...

Yeah I caught on to the Diamond thing a while back. I stopped paying attention to belts that aren't the Ring. It seems so pointless at this point.

The organizing bodies devalued their own titles in the name of sanctioning fees. I stopped paying attention to the belts a long time ago.

Did you see Arum's reaction to Crawford calling out Thurman? He was not happy at all. So either Crawford leaves TR or he turns into Bradley part 2.

Kell Brook vs Errol Spence, Jr today.

Spence is going to have to knock him out or he's going away with a loss. No way is he going to get a win in the UK from judges.

Brook is going to win. Spence has talent but hes' fought nobodies to justify that he's a fave for the fight.

I can see that being a factor. I think Brook is the safe choice but I feel like Spence absolutely has a chance to win. Honestly, this is probably my favorite match-up of the year.

Spence starting to beat up Brook down he stretch. Wow.

Knockdown for Spence in the 10th. Oh this is getting good.

Brook's corner with the cheap tactics with the gloves.
