I like some of your suggestions especially with Weisz as Lara-El, she's an extremely talented actress. I just don't like De Niro as White though.

If not Perry, I could see him as Sam Could also see him as Bruno Mannheim, or even Dan Turpin... TBH I just really really want him in this film, and I can't exactly explain why in any intelligent sense... he's just always so AWESOME!

When I think of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, in a suit with a cigar in his mouth, slightly grey wisps of hair at the sides, barking orders at terrified looking reporters and then smiling as they all run off and saying to himself 'I love the smell of fear in the newsroom' (reminiscent of Lane Smith), it makes me think anyone else would be a dissapointment.

I think the only other suggestion i've seen that could pull off a moment like that is DeNiro, but i'd be very impressed if they landed an actor like him for the role.

Morgan has worked with Snyder before, has been in plenty of comic book movies, and has absolutely the right energy for them.

Harris looks eerily a lot like Viggo Mortensen, in A History of Violence the resemblance was terrifying.

I'd rather see Harris as Zod, he seems to carry that sense of dystopian ambition in his gaze. But heck, I don't think I want Zod around this time that much. Brainiac and Lex would do just fine. Maybe an appearance by Metallo.

If the idea is to attempt at a trilogy, then it should be Lex, Metallo and Bizarro for part 1, Brainiac for part 2, and Doomsday/the Supermen for part 3.

Now that Bond is back up and running over at MGM Wright more than likely won't be available since Bond starts filming this November to be released next November
