since the superman return days i have been saying bruce mcgill for perry... doesn't anyone else seem to think he'd be perfect for perry?

Good suggestion. He's a solid character actor that has appeared in a lot of stuff, but isn't so recognizable that people would just be thinking "That's ___ playing Perry."
