I'm thinking now that we have the casting announcements of The Dark Knight Rises, it is only a matter of time until we find out our three principles for The Man of Steel.

I feel like we'll know our Superman by the end of February and Lex and Lois shortly thereafter. We'll probably get a villain announcement/Costume reveal at the panel for 2011 Comic Con.

Speaking of Armie Hammer, did anyone happen to save that funny Superman manip that banned poster named Eze made? It was a mashup of different Superman faces from the comics, supposed to be what Hammer would look like in the film. I tried looking for it, but it wasn't being hosted anymore.

Does anyone remember the chronology of the casting announcement for SR? Did they announce the whole cast together or was it individual casting decisions announced over the course of a couple of months? Also if it wasn't a block of decisions made in one go, where did BR's signing fall in that casting news?? It might give us a clue as to when we can expect to hear something. It's got to be to be February to mid March, especially if they pick an actor to portray Superman that needs to bulk up for the part. I've got a hunch it'll be late (at least for Superman) February. Wouldn't it be logical to Cast Superman first, unlike STM, and then build the rest of the cast around that actor?
