I just took a look at both the 2nd X-Men and X2 trailers and they still had a few unfinished FX shots too. The scene in X1 where Mystique reveals her blue self, on the helicopter, to Senator Kelly looked pretty bad in the trailer and turned out great in the film. Also in the X2 trailer Pyro's FX shots weren't done, it just showed him holding out his hand and cars exploding. I'm sure Colossus' final FX will look great in X3.

Where did you see the trailers again? Are they on the DVD's? I can't find any working links online...

If only everyone would go back and do this exact samething then we wouldn't have so many "Full of S...." negative posts......People always have selective memories that help their arguements.......It's very frustrating.....

intresting....okay im an x-men geek...but i dont know if Magneto can control colossus when hes metalled up, wouldnt this be a SEVERE DISADVANTAGE to the x-men! again, thsi opens alot of speculation because.....think of the average movie goer....in x-men movies you think metal...you think magneto can control it...so....

I don't think he's saying Magneto will control Colossus...he's asking if in the comics magneto can...And he saying that if he can control him, it would be a disadvantage for the X-Men...that is all

I know what he is saying. In another thread I said rogue might take the cure and he went off on me and said that exact same thing.

Well it stands to reason that Magneto will be able to control both Wolverine & metalled up Colossus but they will have protection from the likes of Storm and Iceman who will prevent Mags from getting close enough to do the damage

very true...plu ssince it looks like an all out war, I don't know if Magneto would have the opportunity to just focus on Colossus or Wolverine...he might be busy with other things we don't know about....

I thought Magneto was unable to control Colossus since his metal form is his own kind of organic metal or something?

I think that could be a very interesting scene.......Something a long the lines like Colossus gets a lil cockey since he is young and inexperienced just finding out that Magneto can't manipulate him letting his guard down and then out of no where Juggs Sucker Punches him.
