Its like half the design from the Dark Knight Rises design mixed with a jacket from 1989. Those shoulders look great, maybe he is auditioning for a Rick Astley video?

I think the shoulder pads and the hairstyle are what kills it for me. He doesn't look as goofy in this one, though:

Then again, John Stephens did say they would tell their own version of Bane's origin story, so it's possible he'll look somewhat different come the series finale with the time jump and this is just the beginning of his turn.

I’m honestly shocked by how bad he looks
I think this might be the one costume design in this show that I’ve had a hard time getting behind.

I saw the goofy balloon looking arms in that cast picture that came out but I didn’t think much of it.

The shows version of venom is inhaled rather than injected. So I guess that would be the reason for why he has that mask rather than a bunch of tubes in his arms.

I think the concept behind this is what if Bane was created in the 80s and they went really campy with the design.
