This is how comics have always been and always will be, it'd be absolutely horrible having a set hierarchy, there would be no Drama, no excitement. It'd be "oh Gladiator is going to fight Thor. Dead Thor." screw that I'd rather see characters sometimes beat the odds.
Bringing it back to Hulk (this is his thread after all ) in Son of Hulk #17 Hiro-Kala defeated Galactus. Now That's PIS yeah, but it made for one entertaining comic and in the end that's all that matters in this medium.

Deadpool can be taken seriously, when he's not written by someone like Daniel Way. He didn't always exist to be a clown. His old series from Joe Kelly actually portrayed him as a very complex and deep character.

Deadpool can be taken seriously, when he's not written by someone like Daniel Way.

I'm also a fan of Daniel Way's "Ghost Rider" run, GR is my second favorite superhero after all.

His GR run wasn't that bad. But from what i gather of his Deadpool run, it's a travesty that highlights the bad things about the character, instead of the interesting things.

Yeah Deadpool is one of those characters that work well with writers of certain "sensibilities".

I remember back in the old days Deadpool had a link to Death and Thanos. Death was infatuated with Deadpool, and Thanos in his jealousy, cursed Deadpool with immortality. I always thought that was cool. Not sure if it's touched upon these days.

Old Man Logan's Hulk is just as messed up as Ultimate Hulk. I think there was a Nuclear war and Hulk absorbed all of the ambient radiation and went bonkers. I think he raped She-Hulk after he went crazy. Its Basicly The Hills have Eye with Hulk and his inbred kids and grand kids as the hill dellwers and Wolverine as the passer by.

Also Hiro-Kala neither looks nor acts like Hulk.
