We could say that Norton's Banner was weary, and that Bana's version was simply portraying the emotionally repressed Banner. Either way I feel that both previous actors brought something to the table, though whether or not those particular characterizations worked for the GA is debatable. Mark's version is the more well rounded, heroic take and that seems to be the version that finally clicks with the GA.

Hell yeah

I think every actor brought a different yet accurate interpretation of Banner it's just that Ruffalo's version clicked with the GA.

That's my take on it as well. His Banner is someone that's mentally exhausted from the constant threat of the monster inside him. Someone that spends his life preventing himself from getting too emotional about anything won't exactly have much personality flair.

This and stress from being on the run, loneliness, etc. That's why I love the scene where he breaks down while having dinner with Betty and that ass hole Steve from the Dawn of the Dead remake. Should not have been cut, that scene.

Yep, Norton's take on Banner just like the overall film is quite underrated which I think it's partially because of the more emotional scenes being unused.

I wish we could've seen Norton's cut. Especially with the intended opening scene in the arctic.

Who possibly gave Hulk a bloody nose!!!? Nice touch....pay backs gotta be a b**ch!

^ Hopefully Thor, but I HIGHLY doubt it since that looks like it takes place during the final battle in NYC.

Should he bleed someone else's blood then?

Just make them bleed their blood.

P.s. you get my reference, right? ;-)

Used to think he was an ass hole too, until I saw him in Modern Family. Now I think that Ty Burrell is simply awesome. Seriously, there's just no other word to describe him. Now I realise that the fact that I thought he an ass hole is just testament to how well he played Steve.

Hulk 03 was good

Hulk 08 was awful

But Hulk 2012 in Avengers looks AWESOME :yay:

Let's not bring up that old argument......it only leads to pain :p

But anyways, does anyone think that perhaps if we don't get an immediate Hulk sequel that we may see Ruffalo's Banner in any of the other films before Avengers 2 ? Same with Hawkeye for that matter...

Maybe Hulk will cameo in Iron Man 3

Maybe Stark is struggling against multiple villains and Hulk arrives towards the end to assist and kick ass

Banner sure. If he continues to contribute behind the scenes for SHIELD for eg he could cameo in a future Cap or IM. If he hasn't got his own film they mgith want his face to appear somewhere just to keep him in the public consciousness.

I could maybe see this happening as long as it's only Banner, and it's only a cameo, like Hawkeye in Thor, Feige said it would basically just be back to Iron Man and his world. Using Banner simply as a scientist could work

I am not that excited about Iron Man 3 really

Maybe because Iron Man 2 was not as good as Iron Man 1

But I am excited about Thor 2, hopefully it is set in space, the realms type thing and he battles some galactic type villains

Also I would like to see a Hulk movie that follows straight on from Avengers with Ruffalo keeping the role

Also Captain America is now in the future, so his sequel cannot be set in WW2 anymore, hmm, unless Time Travel is involved

Who does Captain America fight in our time?

Crossbones, Sin, Baron (Helmut) Zemo, Dr.Faustus, Zola as an android....Red Skull, to name a few.

There's been confirmation of Hulk & Thor teaming up during the final battle, HOW AWESOME IS THAT??? :awesome:

:bh::thor:
