Hi I am new here. Superman has been my favorite hero since I was little.
I wouldn't mind Olivia Wilde as Lois, but she is not attractive to me at all. She's got a lantern jaw, and even though she is younger than Cavill, she looks about 10 years older. She does look the part more than Bosworth or even Kidder though. I'd still prefer Rachel Mcadams.

Speaking of females with manly features, Tom Welling is a male with girly features. I am SO relieved he was not cast. Not that he is bad looking but he's got big red lips, big round eyes, and flared up nostrils that look ok on girls (Kreuk, Shui Ling) but I personally can't stand on guys (Chris Pine, James Marsden). Not to mention a high girly voice. He does not remotely look like Superman to me. I always found it hysterical when Welling supporters called Routh or Cavill 'pretty' when Welling is much prettier and girly faced than either of them and most other guys for that matter. And Superman should be handsome not pretty. Sorry for the rant. Probably the wrong place to do it and certainly it doesn't matter anymore but had to get it out.

Actually, yes. If I did not know who she was and you told me she was 37, I would believe you. She at least looks older than 27 to me.

She actually looked younger than 27 in Tron. I'm pretty sure she can play any range from 25-35 and pull it off. I wouldn't say that she looks like someone who is approaching 40 though.

Nobody from Smallville had any chance of being cast in MOS because of their affiliation with that show.

You missed the point of those posting HOUSE pics. They were to show that she is barely above average looking with a down-to-earth appearance.

i liked many choices, like Rachel McAdams.... But I really doubt WB will cast Olivia Wilde, again, I haven't seen one pic/manip of Olivia and Henry Cavill together, because it doesn't look right.

I challenge somebody on this board to post a good manip of Olivia and Cavill together....... I NEED TO BE CONVINCED DAMN IT!!!!!!

Ok fine, Olivia Wilde DOESN'T look like Lois. She can act sure, she is hot obviously, but is she the perfect Lois...... no.. why you ask? Because she isn't, her face is what ruins it. Her face structure is just completely off for Lois.

How about that, since we don't know if she is great with Cavill right, we can only critique the look, and that is my critque. So everytime the SAME OLIVIA PICTURE IS POSTED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, i will continue to express my opinion.
