I've looked on Youtube and found mostly just video montages set to music. Nothing I could use as an example. I think they're getting strict about full scenes and dialogue from movies and TV shows.

I've liked Sophia Bush for years... most people used to know me as "the dude with the Sophia Bush avvies". I'd never really thought of her for Lois until now... but I could definitely dig that.

Agreed, So far the casting for this new reboot franchise is spot on prefect (Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent ,Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent.) I can't wait to hear who's been casted as Lois Lane .

I agree. Im not a big fan of Smallville, but Eric is THE BEST THING on this entire series! She nailed Lois. Besides, she is smoking hot! Beautiful woman!

Unfortunately, i hope they go with another actress for the movie. New version, new vision, new actors.

Seriously, Stroup does have a great look for Lois, but this really seems to be a case of people casting on looks alone. I mean... even the people that SUPPORT her don't seem to know if she can act or not. Maybe she's good, I don't know... but it just feels like the days of the Superman casting threads when people (myself included, admittedly) were going, "HEY! This guy has blue eyes and a big chin! He was in a Honda commercial and an episode of Monk five years ago! Maybe he can play Superman!"

I'm not reading 34 pages so my apologies if someone already suggested it, but I really enjoy Sasha Shahi's work on Fairly Legal.

Hot, dark hair and sassy. Also she's 30, which as much as I like Erica Durance, just does not look. Point being she's believable as a well established, award winning journalist.

She's obviously relatively unknown which I think could work just fine given the names they're going after in other roles (Costner, Lane, Hugh Laurie anyone???). Margot Kidder had less on her resume at the time of Superman.
