They need to target McAdams, Blunt, or Wilde. I would accept Biel as the 4th option....but I would like to see Hall considered, but she is not as naturally pretty as the others.

I really doubt it because it's not that simple. You have WB, and you'll have Zack. Nolan may have some input but he's busy with Batman. But for sure, Chris could have some say but in the long run it's up to Zack and WB finding the 'right' one.

I think if the studio has their way, it'll be Stewart or Agron. It really comes down to how much Nolan and Snyder are willing to fight over the role of Lois. they may decide to chose another battle and relent to the studio on this point to gain better standing on another.

She's mostly done comedic roles, but I think she's a good actress and I wouldn't mind it. Though I can only imagine the fanboy response.

True. I'm assuming you're implying fanboys will have a problem with Rashida's ethnicity? I agree that that might irk some, but to be honest I think most fanboys are unaware that she's black.

Slightly off-topic, but my two favorite choices to play Lois Lane (Rashida Jones and Zooey Deschanel) are playing a lesbian couple in the new Paul Rudd comedy "My Idiot Brother" that just premiered at Sundance:

Seriously, if true, that would have to be the weakest bunch of actresses you could possibly target. McAdams is alright, Biel is average at best, Ackerman is probably worse than Biel, Stewart cops a bit too much flack for being in Twilight but is way too young, can't comment on the other girl, don't watch Glee. Not that there's many 20-something actresses that are genuinely good but still, you'd be better off going with an indie unknown.
