IF true..Good thing I'll have the the whole money plus maybe a little extra by October 1st,The 21st would be good cause I'd have a whole week to get used to the console&it's features and play F2P games before playing the hell out of Battlefield 4 on the game's release day

Although I'll still be switching to my PS3 cause of GTA V and WWE2K14(don't judge me)

i love SVR2011... if they fix the problems in the latest release, i'll definitely pick up the next one

I definitely plan on getting a PS4. inFamous: Second Son is on my must have list and the Xbox One offers me nothing I want. Very pumped for what Naughty Dog will put out next!

I've got a 3DS and a gaming PC so I'm pretty sorted.

I dunno what I'd get at launch, though I will be getting one on the day. Killzone, most likely. Warframe looks like my cup of tea too.

I hf expect TRU to do what they always do and have a buy one launch get get o e 50% off. If so I'll be getting AC4 and Lego Marvel Super Heroes there.. Maybe BF4 instead of LMSH. Not sure.

in all honesty, i dont see any launch games that I'm interested in. for the most part, the only game that I'm going to get (for now) will be Star Wars Battlefront.

Seriously? This gen is like the best set of launch titles we've ever got. Granted there's no new IP but 3rd parties really stepped up this time around.

none of the launch titles really appeal to me, either.

Infamous, Dragon Age Inquisition, Witcher 3, Final Fantasy XV.........those are the kinds of games that interest me.

and they won't be available until next year or later........

also, there are no fighting games announced yet for the PS4.

Eeeeeeeeeh I dunno. I'm burnt out on a lot of the IP on offer at launch, and a higher res isn't going to get me to change that, I don't think. They're just all safe bets is the thing.

I can understand being burnt on the CoD's and Battlefields. Hell, I was even burnt on AC until I watched video after video of AC4. To me, that game looks like the game they've really been working on while ACIII was the "filler" until then.

Watch Dogs really looks like it's going to do something new and is ALWAYS a game I forget about until I watch the latest video, haha.

Watch Dogs looks&seems amazing indeed But there's something about it(not sure what)that just doesn't make me want to buy the game on it's release,I only buy very few games a year and don't even rent know But still doesn't make me want to consider it much.

I'll just wait for it to eventually maybe get a discount with PS+ or during some special online sale since I'm going much more digital this new gen.

Watch Dogs has been the next gen game since it was first announced, the game ushering in the new generation. Even if it ends up being mediocre, I'm definitely picking it up day one to experience it.

that may be true but most can be found on the current gen stuff. The stuff actually exclusive to the PS4 aren't that enthralling. I'll probably get Killzone but I don't think I really want a FPS. My most anticipated title is Infamous and I don't expect that till at least Feb, likely later though

It's a shame there's no wild card or oddity in the launch line-up, or that the closest thing to that is Knack anyways. It's just all feeling too safe the moment. In fact it's the indie stuff and the idea of having a system that's accessible to those devs that's keeping me excited - my laptop's crud.

Destiny won't be out until like April.. At the earliest.

Eh, I'm just really pleased. We're also forgetting a lot of the PsN free stuff.. Some of which my buddies have played and told me I'll love. Part of me also wonders if we'll get any more launch titles at GamesCon and TGS?

Oh, OH and the IGN team has been to Naughty Dog this week. So, y'know, they can have their Uncharted 4 previews written up for Tuesday.
