Ian is better then most people say, though im not sure of him for gambit.

Jared Leto and Rodrigo Santoro are still the ones i would like to see the most.

Holloway however, would die if he had to act to live.

I just don't feel like he could pull off any kind of accent without sounding like an idiot. Let alone deliver the lines with any authority. Somerhalder seems like a background actor, and most of his characters thus far have been like that... Which I think says something.

To be Gambit we need someone that can play a cocky, wise cracking, defiant, self serving character.

Oh, I'm not saying I want him for Gambit. I'm just saying he's a good actor. Better than the majority of actors that posters suggest.

I just downloaded a video of Ian Somerhalder on "Lost", and recut it with Rogue scenes from the X-Men movies for a little Gambit/Rogue mini-movie. It's not the way I'd like to see Gambit portrayed, but it was fun to make a movie with Ian and Anna in those roles. t:

For the music, I took the instrumental portions of Metallica's "Nothing Else Matters". It's the only song I own with enough instrumental music for the whole movie, lol.

I think Jensen Ackles would be the perfect Gambit.

If you've seen him on Dark Angel and Supernatural, you know he can pull off that cocky and wreckless attitude, and ladies' man charm... He would make a great Remy and be a good age to match up with Anna, if they go that route...

I like the idea of Josh Holloway as Gambit although I don't think he’s the perfect Gambit...their most be somebody better out there and we just have not found him yet.
Second...we need a different Rogue; Anna is a sucky actress and an insult to Rogue's character!!!!

I saw yesterday some parts of his series, "supernatural", is it's name, no?

And remembered him being suggested here... I think he isn't a bad choice at all, has something in his face that reminds me Gambit, in some form. Isn't perfect, but at least I'd preffer him to Josh Holloway.
