Shame Thor doesn't have the Jake Olson identity. Just imagine the fun with Olson/ Olsen and Scarlet/Scarlett. :hehe:

It would be like that Dudley Moore film "Blame it on the Bellboy".

I love it when that kind of thing happens. the new terminator movie is going to have emilia clarke and jason clarke playing sarah connor and john connor. the confusion will be at its highest

I've seen people ask Anthony Mackie about "Sam" in the new cap movie, and he keeps thinking they're talking about Jackson and not Sam Wilson.

Not to mention that Jason Clarke played a character called Eddie Furlong on an Aussie soap.

I don't suppose Anthony Mackie shortens his first name to "Tony"? Then there would be even more confusion with Tony Stark as well. :hehe:

What are some good stories to read that are SW centric?

Aside from the House of M ones? The ones with Agatha Harkness are decent.

Never read house of M. Guess I need to pick that up

Don't read House of M. That miniseries is a complete and total character assassination of Wanda. Brain Bendis destroyed her for years. Instead read any run of Avengers that she is in. Kurt Busiek is her best writer. Read Volume 3 of the Avengers.

Are there any stories that have a good brother/sister dynamic with her and Pietro?(No creepy incest like Ultimate's)

No, John Byrne destroyed Wanda. Bendis merely continued the trend.

So how powerful do you think they'll make her in this movie?

So I just watch The Winter Soldier.

The after credit scene...seems to focus more on Wanda than Quicksilver.

She is wearing a white sleeping gown ?? and I was disappointed because she looks like a little girl.

I was hoping Wanda will look more grown up but then they cast Elizabeth Olsen.

And her powers....Wanda's powers is magic spells, chaos and alter probability...

Instead the scene show her using her telekinetic powers to move the cubes....kinda disappointed

I hope she will display other powers in Avengers 2 instead of simply just telekinesis.

They're not going to blow their entire wad in a after credits scene. And they're casting younger for a reason.

lol @ Jeds post. Dude, did you see the pics of Elizabeth on the set? How could you complain about that at all? :wow:

I think Scarlet Witch will probably be learning about what she can do as the film progresses. By the end she'll be powerful to the point people are getting pretty freaked out by her. But who knows.

If I remember correctly, the twins were fairly young when they were first introduced into the comics as well? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, they probably want to contrast the Twins from the other Avengers. QS/SW are young and new to using their powers (and maybe cannot even fully control them yet) and have no experience in being superheroes. It's a nice contrast to the other Avengers, who are all older and have experience at being heroes and dealing with massive threats. It could be cool to see play out over the course of the movie, sort of a coming of age for the Twins.

Yeah I like the idea the Twins arent even sure how far they can go and learn as they get in different situations.

Yeah they were younger than the other Avengers when they were first introduced. They were around the original X-Men's age at the time.

Also, can we please just accept they aren't going to do Wanda's probability altering powers? It just doesn't make sense. There's nothing wrong with simplifying it.
