Well, maybe she won't get shot or hit by debris in this movie. Black Widow and Hawkeye run around with out armor, and no one complains about the possibility of them getting shot.

If you're telekinetic, you can create force fields around yourself as long as you know you're about to be hit or attacked. I'm sure Wanda can do that.
