I am aware of that, yeah. Isn't Chris also a farmer or something in that? I've never actually read it myself, but I always read that most fans thought the script that was put out was rather poor (though I'm guessing it was an early draft anyway). I meant Romero approach more in how he did his earlier of the Dead movies, not necessarily Romero himself doing the movie.

I haven't read the script either, but the script review mentioned Chris being part Native American and arguing with other STARS members about tearing down the Raccoon City forest.

What possessed one to write that? :hmm

I understand Umbrella being the ********s against nature, but STARS? Or am I mistaken?

STARS is, I'm pretty sure, just a special branch of the Raccoon Police department.

This is made to rival that.

My favorite Resident Evil movie is Damnation.
From the live action ones the first is solid, the second is the kind of stupid fun I like to watch from time to time.

Resident Evil: Degeneration is my favorite.
Because Claire Redfield.

Haven't seen Damnation but I liked Degeneration.

Resident Evil: Degeneration is my favorite.
Because Claire Redfield.
It was great to see her again after CVX.
One thing I like about Degeneration is seeing Claire facing G under the chiefs taxidermy room, I thought her facing the monster in that room makes more sense.

Haven't seen Damnation but I liked Degeneration.
Nice thing about Damnation is seeing a fight against a bunch of Mr. X tyrants.

Will I get flashbacks to Survivor? :p

The one with the amnesiac guy on an island in the FPS?
NAAH.

You fought a bunch of them in that game too. I don't want to be getting trauma flashbacks of that when I see this.

Modern classic my rectum :D

I was just flabbergasted by its plot. And while the guy who played Barry was virtually NOTHING like Barry from the games, he was still the best character I've seen in the last 4 films prior :p
I enjoyed him.

Leon...While the actor wasn't bad, I HATED his characterization!
Telling Alice to forget about the kid. That is NOT Leon. The Leon we know and love wouldn't dissuade anybody from saving people, especially children. They made Leon look a *****e just for Alice to look good and I spat at my screen :cmad:
And putting his hand on Ada's leg, for her to look all uncomfortable...What did they do to them? :waa:

As a whole, it was certainly more enjoyable than Afterlife. I particularly liked the car chase with the giant Licker and it was neat to see the past characters return.
So, I'll give it a...4.5/10 :hehe:

Let's face it, the real Ada would reject Leon in the same way.

You played the Tofu escape in RE2? It's an exclusive mode to the N64 if I recall correctly.
Tofu escapes from sewers all the way to the top of the RPD, and on the way he faces two or three of Mr. X.

And that reminds me of the Mercenaries mode in RE3, you face 3 or 4 Nemesis type tyrants, one of them is the multi-tentacles beast, but that one you only encounter if you get out of the parking lot and you have 3 minutes on your timer.

I played a bit of the Tofu once I unlocked him but never got far. :p

In RE3 I did pretty good in Mercenaries. I eventually got the unlimited ammo unlock and murdered everything.

The infinite Launcher and assault rifle were my main priorities, then I worked on unlocking everything else.
Mikahil is the best character in mercenaries.
I got through that mode with Carlos once, but I gained less money than I usually do with Mikahil.

Fun fact: Some of the old material for the canceled version of Resident Evil 4 mentions a creature that goes around killing and eating tyrants. That was the build with the airship and castle.

I see more and more interesting ideas that were had for the scrapped project, and I wish we had that game.

Well, there's like three scrapped versions of that before the version we got, so we'd have to pick and chose which game we actually ended up with.

Are you counting the one that became Devil May Cry?

Well, there's the one you're talking about, the hook man one, and the supernatural one, unless the one you're taking about overlaps with those latter two.

At least one of those products did not go to waste, and became another one of my favorite game franchises.
