Personally I think Ed Norton or Johnny Depp would make a perfect Riddler.

Personally....I think Giovanni Ribisi would make an awesome Riddler. He's not as big of a name as Norton and he'd probably cost less. He's also a better actor IMO (not saying Norton can't act or anything).
