Well, it depends on the incarnation of Hulk (Gray, Savage, WWH, etc.) and incarnation of Juggernaut (classic, depowered, 8th Day, or Trion etc.) we're talking about.

Since we're back on track here, did anyone manage to figure out which incarnation of the Hulk was in WWH? I thought Savage, merged with, well, Merged Hulk

Yeah this personality is...strange. Like a warrior Hulk or something. I was thinking the Professor personality though, what with the smartass remarks and quips and all.

It's a separate personality. Smarter than the savage Hulk, dumber than the Professor. Really, he's closest to a much stronger gray Hulk than anything else, only not quite so obnoxious.

Loeb's stories are great mostly, if not only if Tim Sale is involved.

Without him, Loeb ranges from average to horrible.
