Hulk is a conventional figther he fights with rage, rage fighters are unpredictable they keep you off guard. Ooly way to beat them is to keep a cool head and use their anger against them. What chance will give the Hulk now against Thor? Who dispatched Iron Man with ease of putting on jeans.

Has Thor EVER beat Hulk? I'll be honest, i'm not as clued up on Thor as I am on Hulk or Silver Surfer but I cant see Thor beating either of them. A weakened SS annihilated Hulk and his Warbound, who were no slouches, Hulk need a decoy just to get near SS in that fight. IMO in a proper fight SS would definately beat Thor, just as he always does Hulk.

Everytime Hulk fans start to give you crap, Corp, you just remind them that The Thing gives the Hulk a hard time EVERY time they scrap.

The Thing lasted SECONDS in their fight in World War Hulk, Hulk annihilated The Thing in that fight.

Thank goodness that people on these boards realize that. On the Marvel boards people always tried to defend that WWH trash cuz it's the only time that anything on panel has suggested that Hulk could beat Sentry, and that crap would just never happen.

Black Bolt wasn't feeling guilty. Neither were any of the Avengers, or the rest of the Fantastic Four. Neither were the Inhumans, and neither was the Sentry.

And yet, they all got their asses handed to them with relative ease by the Hulk.

Not to mention that the whole premise of it was ridiculous anyway. If the "evil" quartet wanted to get rid of the Hulk, they wouldn't shoot him into space...why do that when Dr Strange could teleport him into another dimension where he could hurt no one?

Surprised to still see this thread alive, so many arguments with Dacman in here heh. Just posting to say I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who hated WWH.

To tell the truth WWH, along with the changes to Spiderman, are the reasons I'm not currently reading comics. I'm all for a fun brawl in comics, but to put one character over every other hero on Earth, and many at the same time at that. Honestly....I just kinda got disgusted with Marvel. It's not the end of my world if Hulk is the strongest, it's fun to argue about sometimes, but when it's at the expensive of everyone else in the Marvel universe....no thnx.

Until they stop handing the reigns of titles over to Hollywood big wigs who know nothing about the characters they're writing, stop handing titles over to ppl who have mega hard ons for the characters and the ability to write things that affect everything else, and continue to retcon good solid stories for crappy ones, I'm on a comic hiatus.

Presumably because Strange has done that before and the Hulk almost died, then came back really pissed off anyway. You'd think the Sorcerer Supreme could put Hulk in some nice reality where nothing can hurt him and there's nothing for him to hurt, but people routinely become incompetent ******s around the Hulk. It's just the way the comics are. I think I actually started counting it as one of the Hulk's powers on some level after a while, in fact.

Oh, and that Black Bolt was a Skrull, so at least Black Bolt fans have that.

But he never beats Hulk, its ok saying what Thor can do, but the fact remains he has never done it. The Hulk comes out on top in their bouts practically every time.

Exactly, and Green Hulk has now beaten Red Hulk I believe, so it again proves to me that Thor cant handle The Hulk, or the likes of The Sentry and Silver Surfer for that matter.
