What they need to do is get Power Pack back together and make Franklin a member again. He'd probably want to change his name from "Tattletale," though.
At the time of his classic fight with Juggernaut he was officially Class 90. Whether they have upgraded him since then I have no idea.
His current strength level has been left pretty vague, although (or because) we do know that it's tied to his emotional status now.

Silver Surfer is the strongest and most powerful. Silver Surfer can increase his strength depending on the situation. Any character who can make a star go supernova is the most powerful also.

id classify all that as power, considering its his power that makes him stong

Here's a little clip from FF : Cosmic Sized that puts Franklin in perspective.

Yeah so? That's what she says. Doesn't mean anything. I've posted plenty of things from the HULK to the Beyonder saying the HULK is an unlimited well of strength and power to have people shot back (ironically I think even you yourself) "So, it doesn't make it true just because the character says it) I even posted a clip of the narration, written by Stan, saying he is the most powerful creater to ever walk the earth. And you guys still blew it off. So, nice try.

I never said that.

And let me get this straight... you are now saying that the Hulk is more powerful than Franklin Richards?

:ff: :ff: :ff:

He was under mind control...:whatever:

to be fair, mind control or not, its still his physical body. Having control over his own mind just gives him moral restraint. You can't mind control someones body and make them stronger then what they are physically capable of.

A very true statment!

The mind control actually seemed to help Wolverine fight more effectively in the other issues of that arc, too. He was less restrained by his own morality, which is the only thing that makes him hold back whatever little bit he normally does.

Nate Grey > Franklin Richards :cmad:

Actually, I'd pay money to see that fight
i always wanted nate grey, joseph and ben reilly to start up some clone superhero group, I wouldn't mind franklin in that loop as well.

i think nate grey is more unhinged than franklin and would be more likely to go all out coming from a destructive universe and all...

unless any of franklin's family were directly in danger, i don't see him taking that bout.

Wolverine #22 (latest series)

Part 3 of the Enemy of the State arc.

Y'know, it's a tough call. The Hulk, Sentry and Silver Surfer all seem to have the potential for limitless strength...however, oldwizard.com makes an interesting point when it compared the Silver Surfer to Thor (they list Thor as #1). There's Thor's experience in combat. They also noted that Thor has matched the strength of the Hulk on a number of occasions and that with the Odin Force he is able to augment even those strength levels. Also, he has the belt of strength which doubles his strength. Come to think of it, I do recall Thor #25 (second run) where, with the belt of strength Thor took on an ultra powerful Thanos, who I think had the infinity gauntlet (?) and was directing a concentrated blast at Thor that he just shattered a planet with. Thor kept coming in the face of the blast and knocked Thanos out when he got to him. It was also pointed out that both times Thor and the Surfer fought, Thor won and that he also defeated a hungry Galactus. Galactus! So I'm not sure who the strongest is anymore...coin toss....

Thanos did not have the Infinity Gauntlet, he had gained extraordinary power by uniting a bunch of other cosmic talismans and drinking the tears of the Designate from the Chalice of Sorrows or something like that. I don't remember the specifics, but if you want to get really technical, it was retconned out as just a clone of Thanos in Jim Starlin's Thanos Quest because that's what Jim Starlin does whenever anyone has the audacity to make another character beat Thanos at anything, ever.

Yes, I'm still bitter over that. :o

Oh, and Thor didn't really beat Galactus, he scared a very weak and hungry Galactus off. At full strength, Galactus would make short work of Thor, and I say that as one of the biggest Thor fans you're likely to meet.

I'd like to see Beta Ray Bill on your clone team though.

:D

Beta Ray Bill is not a clone, damn it. He's a brother-in-arms to Thor who was gifted with similar powers for his prowess and valor. :o

I'd think Nate would overload with the power, since his body can't handle it.

I say Thor versus Surfer , Thor wins, Thor versus Galactus is not even a fight. Galactus is a force of nature he can't be stopped, he can't be bargained with by no normal means.

Thanks for the correction! But he's still awfully powerful. I used to think the Surfer was the most powerful guy in Marvel. But it was brought to my attention that even before Thor inherited the Odinforce, he beat the Surfer every time they fought. Of course, one of those times, Thor was infected with the warriors madness-so I don't know if that one really counts...I also seem to recall an issue of the Defenders where Hulk and Thor were going at it and were deadlocked in stance for an hour. Stalemate. Now, how that's possible when the Hulk keeps getting stronger, I don't know. I think, between the Hulk, the Sentry, the Silver Surfer and Thor (who can augment his strength with the Odinforce as well as the belt of power) it is about as even as it gets. I think they all have demonstrated unbelievable feats of strength and it may be impossible to really tell who the strongest Marvel hero really is...although, Stan Lee the creator of those guys (save the Sentry) wrote Thor to be Marvel's most powerful guy. So maybe that's the deciding factor. I do also recall, in the Infinity Gauntlet series, out of all the superheros assembled there, he was named the ace in the deck. I don't know...I just don't know...

I tend not to count the Blood and Thunder fights because not only was Thor totally insane, he was generally fighting his friends, who only wanted to help him. If I'm sitting there trying to help you while you're only interested in pummeling me, odds are you're gonna kick my ass. That's how I felt with Thor against just about everyone in Blood and Thunder: the fights were one-sided because Thor was really the only one fighting so hard.

Thor fluctuates a lot, but I think generally we can still consider him one of the Marvel universe's greatest powerhouses (Hulk fights notwithstanding). He is still the bar by which all other Avengers powerhouses are measured, after all. Iron Man thought of Ares as basically Thor with an attitude (even though Ares isn't quite as powerful as Thor).

The Hulk got his ass kicked a lot in Planet Hulk. It was a great story, but I wouldn't really call it recommended reading if you want to see the Hulk prove that he's the strongest thing to ever shamble out of the primordial goop.
