Honestly... only fanboys care about costumes. They don't have to explain anything.

I agree, unless you are looking at both suits side by side it is very likely the changes will not be noticeable. To be honest I barely even noticed the changes from one Iron-Man suit to the next other than the ones that were drastically different like full on different color or something. Other than that, I'd have to see the suits side by side.

That is something I'd be more interested in finding out. The only explanation I could think of is that the Daily Planet does not have photos of their reporters available? Half the military saw him face to face, so that'd be weird.

Im sure this will be adressed in the sequel. Either Lex or Batman finds out Supermans secret identity.

Exactly, I'd like to see the reason why they don't reveal it. Like is it for national security? Is it because they don't want people trying to approach him? I'd like to see why they don't just reveal his identity. I think they know, but don't reveal it. I've been watching too much "America's Book of Secrets" on the History Channel.

I think if the government knew who is and the location of a real live alien, just because of the threat to national security they wouldn't reveal it. Hell, it has been years and years and they won't reveal what is in Area 51 or what is inside Fort Knox, etc.

Didnt Nixon release a statement that "there are no aliens in Area 51!"? I seem to remember this from somewhere.

And if MM is used i would like his origin to be like the JL animated show.

I think he may have mentioned something and other presidents have stated that they can not confirm nor deny their existence. In fact, the first questions that supposedly Clinton asked when he was first briefed was "Who really killed JFK and do aliens exist?" and he never revealed the answer to either question.

His most famous answer is really one he should have not answered. In his biography he mentioned that in retrospect what he should have answered is "I did not do anything illegal" and just leave it at that. But hindsight is 20/20.

I'd sooner think it was a plot hole - a Nolan/Goyer trademark.

I think the movie is trying to tell us the military did not find out who Superman is.

Wouldn't surprise me if Batman already found out and is covering it up because the information is too dangerous. I'm sure he could do it.

Guys I think you didn't catch the scene quite well. Superman with his super hearing or telescopic vision saw the he was chased with the drone. I mean do you think Superman will be so naive to lead the drone to his place. He was far off his home or he fooled the drone and crashed on the desert to show it to Swanwick. How the military will track him? How do you assure that the drone was in Clark's home? You're assuming too much. Cause the drone was in pretty much nowhere.

The military doesn't know SUPERMAN'S IDENTITY.

A cop who also hears Lois running and screaming 'Clark!'. They then proceed to take transport the spacepod while also explaing that it is the ship the arrived to Earth on.

The Daily Planet people also know. They saw the two making out. There is no way Perry White just looks at Clark and doesn't realize that he is Superman. He was standing right there as they kissed. He is not blind.

What I'm saying is when did it get attached to the helicopter? At his house or at the military base? I say it was at the house.

Whatever it is, it doesn't dispute the fact that the government and DP know exactly who Clark Kent is.

You serious? He has super strength and can fly. I know a space craft was involved, but it doesn't take rocket science to figure out how he could have accomplished it.
