Saw this on my twitter feed, not a fan (except for the curl).

Yeah, that's...

The superbulge is almost the size of his head.

There's always a risk of making things worse not better.

Looks perfect just the way it is. Leave the suit alone.

It was definitely good, but it could use some tweaks to make it perfect. Not a fan of the piping or how the belt area is done, and the colors could use an adjustment - or the filters used.

and that's what we'll get(tweaks) Michael Wilkinson confirmed that. A brighter blue and piping around the belt is all that's needed.

Funny how things change. Before anybody would have the balls to raise their hand and suggest a trunk-less Superman suit, you couldn't imagine how that would even work.

With that picture above, it's actually the trunks that hurt the MOS-suite, which was, IMO, one of the best renditions of a modern Super-suit we've EVER seen. I'm eager to see the tweaks for SM/BM.

It's cool that any change can be explained simply by the Fortress/ship being able to make any design at will. It must have other variations in its memory, or ones that Clark can just give it, just like Iron Man can pretty much tell Jarvis to whip up an Iron Man suit in whatever colour he wants.

Tony's a workaholic inventor with a taste for the flashy, though, so designing multiple robot suits makes sense for him.

On the other hand, even if he could do that, I just can't imagine Clark playing Kryptonian dress-up in the Fortress/ship. The suit's perfect as it is, and slight tweaks to make the colors brighter, etc. don't really have to be explained.

This is pretty close to what they had designed for the MOS suit w/ the trunks:

And I still think that there's a reasonable chance that they are using this design for BVS/MOS2.

Except that the Fortress ship was destroyed.

So if he gets a new suit, it won't have been created using Kryptonian technology. TBH, we will probably see a situation like 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2', where we don't have an explanation for the suit change within the film.

Though in ASM2's case, they did explain the change within a tie-in prequel comic.

I like that new 2 manip, but I like the MoS suit more. Good job though.

tried to get rid of as much piping and sheen as possible to make it seem less shiny

This manip and that trunk one show just how the smallest and simplistic changes ruin what was already an incredible suit. Perphaps i should be more concerned about these proposed tweaks. Because apart from the filter used, the MOS suit was perfection.

Gwen suggested he should change his suit, to go along with his increased popularity.

Something more well done.

He says no, but then his then current suit gets shredded. So he makes a new one.

Thanks.

Word.

Literally the only change I want is the \S/ on the back of the cape. And I don't even care that much, if I don't get it that's fine too.

From previous threads I found this...interesting New 52 version.
