I love that Alfred quote in your sig!I'm one of those guys who appreciates at least some aspects of the new when it comes to suits of my favorite superheroes (be it Batman, Spidey or Supes), they rarely bother me lately since designers already learned from past mistakes and certain standards need to exist from the get-go, I appreciate the evolution; and they just made this one infinitely cooler by putting kryptonian letters inside the S.
Looks like the colors of the new Supersuit actually.Fong ftwt:
Cavills build... not create **** that aint there with padding.
Not that I don't agree that Mr. Cavill had an awesome transformation, but I have to side-eye at them using a picture of him still in his teens versus one taken nearly a decade later for their motivational graphic. Like, really?
that's cute

you must be joking........fcol
Suit aside, Cavill actually looks like he's not a corpse when the colours are normally saturated. I wish they hadnt used any. Like... desaturate the suit all you like, but desaturating everything?
I dont know if i'm more disgusted by the Burton suit, or Nick Cage and his receding hairline playing superman.Superman suit evolution post-Reeve:

He looks like the perfect Superman to team up with Schumacher's Batman. All that's missing from that suit are the nipples.I think that Routh/Cavill suit was just a test outfit for auditions. The McG movie had that prototype that I feel I shouldn't like, but can't help but. At least from a "what if" perspective, it looks so pretty.

The McG suit is just the same concepts and construction behind Schumacher's Batsuits applied to Superman. If it had happened, we would have hated it.

Yeah, who would be stupid enough to cast a Superman with a receding hairline? lol. Wait a minute...
Superman: "I think we should find and kill the artist who dressed us like this."
Wonder Woman: "Agreed."
