I know it's been discussed that the symbol is smaller but has it been discussed as to why it was made smaller? Was it a costuming problem with the MOS suit? Could it be so Superman's symbol doesn't overpower everyone else's? Or simply designers choice?

Could be as basic as the new patterning wasn't looking alright with a bigger S or the bigger S was overcompensation for Singers Superman.

Indeed, though I wish I held out for the V2 suit with the more accurate color. I'll tell you, gluing on the trim pieces was a ***** to do.

but the arm is too freaking huge and out of proportion.
