Any ideas as to what the two special additions are to the bat suit? I wonder if Batman needs any medical add-ons to help him, similar to what Bane has through his mask.

Batman's new gun may be a bit too powerful and therefore have a kickback that may hurt him too. So, there would be an addition to his suit that would enable him to resist any effects the gun might have on him.

Maybe Bruce fits the suit better this time because the suit is thicker? I imagine Fox modifying the suit so that Bruce stands a chance against Bane. Bane has massive strength, so it would make sense to make the costume more resistant to punches like that.

Bale does look big without the suit though...

Yes, the thread was getting a bit silly. As for the "atman Ray-Gun" that was one of the first official photos released, and we know nothing about it I really admire the secrecy from Nolan's camp.
