Yeah, I got tired on waiting.
ULTIMATE MARVEL RPG SIGN-UP FORM
Screen Name:
ChelseaGrin
Character you would like to play:
Ultimate Captain America
Powers and a brief description of the character in proper English:
Captain America has a very high intelligence as well as agility, strength, speed, endurance, and reaction time superior to any Olympic athlete who ever competed. The Super-Soldier formula that he had metabolized had enhanced all of his bodily functions to the peak of human efficiency. Most notably, his body eliminates the excessive build-up of fatigue-producing poisons in his muscles, granting him phenomenal endurance. Captain America died in WWII but he is currently in the 21st centry being brought back to life by Stark Industries.
Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
1. I've been roleplaying him on myspace for quiet sometime
2. I made a pact I wouldn't tryout for Clint Barton
3. I've been reading the Ultimates since day one
What can you bring to this game?
I can bring experience since I've roleplayed Captain America before, and I can also bring a sense of same Ultimate Captain America since I like to stay true to the books.
How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG:
Atleast once, depending if people I'm roleplaying with are online at the same time as me I'll post until I must leave.
Do you know how to post pictures on the hype boards:
Provide a small sample post for your character, about 4 paragraphs with at least one line of dialouge:
Northern Iraq: Yesterday
CH-21C Helicopter: requires two crewmen and it sits fifty-two feet and six inches long, fifteen feet and nine inches tall. Its loaded weight is 15, 200 pounds and it is amazing this aircraft flies. Currently this wonder soars over the Euphrates River with twenty-two troops, but these logistics aren’t what this tale is about. What stands out among these twenty-two troops is one man a whole nation would agree to be the most patriotic. This man is Captain America. Being brought back from the 1940’s it only suits fit that this super soldier is now a product of S.H.I.E.L.D. His mission now is to save nine aid workers from terrorists. Raising from his seat the six foot three man strapped on his navy blue helmet, the strap hugging his chin tightly. Then without a seconds thought he jumped from the helicopter. He didn’t need a parachute, Captain America didn’t fear anything. The only thing that acted as a parachute was the red and white shield strapped to his back. His loose straps and shoelaces whipped against his figure as he glided down towards the river. It was an easy six hundred foot drop ending with an almost silent splash into the Euphrates. Now it was time to swim to Al Hadithah, Captain America was six miles away. But this was all planned; Captain America didn’t go into anything without a plan. Thrusting one arm after another, his legs kicking, he swam two miles before reaching a sewage system. All he had to do now was wade for three miles before reaching Point Zero.
Point Zero
The sewage system was the most horrid thing Captain America ever smelt, but he wouldn’t complain. He was on a mission, he was serving his country. Upon reaching Point Zero, Cap had another one mile before reaching the desired building which the hostages were held. Climbing out of the system, his red boots patted quietly against the Al Hadithah soil. He took cover amongst the buildings covered in shadows; it was night which made it easier to hide. But nothing was easy, someone caught sight of the American and before you knew it shots rang out through the town. Bullets bounced off the titanium shield of Captain America as he was being fired at. Rushing towards the Iraqi’s he landed two hard boots to two of the bearded men with AK-47’s. The men fell to the ground and Captain America preceded his pursuit. On his way towards the building he came in contact with more terrorists ending their actions with single swifts of his limbs, his shield was ever needed, until now. Up ahead, at the area Captain America was headed to, a few Iraqi’s began closing the double doors of the building furiously. Narrowing his baby blues, he unsheathed the shield from his back putting it around his right arm in seconds flat,
“Don’t even think about it buster!” He exclaimed. The terrorists succeeded in closing the door, as well as putting up a board to brace it, but that was no worry for Cap. Running full on into the door, crunching behind his shield, Captain America penetrated the building. Wood and debris flew into the air, but the only thing that happened and could be heard were the cocking of guns. Regaining his composure, Captain America addressed the nine aid workers,
“You folks in decent shape?”
The Nine Aid Works
The nine aid works nodded, one saying, “P-Pretty much.” It was good enough for Captain America,
“Good. Because everyone’s gonna be fine now, people. Transport’s is gonna be here in less than forty-five minutes.” His head turned to scan the aid workers,
“You’re going home, understand?” Once again, the aid workers nodded, but now Cap had another issue on his hands, the terrorists. Turning to acknowledge them, his helmet strap squeaked before he spoke,
“Listen up scumbags: You know who I am and you know what I do.” The terrorists raised their guns taking aim at Captain America.
“Surrender those weapons and you might --just might-- live to tell your grandchildren about this little episode. But touch those triggers and I swear your own mothers won’t even recognize you.” Surprising what little English the terrorists knew, they could make out what Captain America was saying. Within moments of his speech, the sound of metal connecting with the ground could be heard. The terrorists had released their weapons, all of them with their hands in the air. Cap grinned,
“Clever boys.”
New York: Present Day
After the mission to Iraq it was the next day when everyone would return. The CH-21C Helicopter came home to the United States holding more than its regulated 22, the copter now held 31. As the helicopter landed, and the doors opened to release the people, a roaring crowd of the aid workers’ friends and relatives were there waiting. But not only were their friends and relatives there, so were the paparazzi. As Captain America emerged from the helicopter the crowd went into a applause and the paparazzi went into an animalistic asking of questions. Raising his crimson gloved hand into the air, Captain America waved them off
”All of your questions will be answered on Larry King this week.” And with that the all American hero stepped into the crowd of people giving his respects to the aid workers, friends and family of them.
