Definitely would disagree with that. The show still blows but it has finally started to find its voice after 50 plus episodes, I think. It started out awful and definitely is not as bad as those early ones anymore. Things are toned down and now it's just a breezy-dumb cartoon for kids but thankfully isn't talking down so much like before.

I don't see the difference between now and back when it started. I think people have just gotten used to it's bad style by now.

It doesn't sound like things have gotten worse. But it also doesn't sound like there's been an improvement either based on the emboldened phrases.

I'm still making my way through the second season. It's pretty painful. I'm determined though--I want my reviews on the show to be accurate.

Now now boy I didn't mention Raimi's movies. So why you mention them I'm not sure. I think maybe that's your own insecurities coming up there saying that because it bothers you I hate the TASM movies so much. So you said that to try and defend those bad movies.

But since you brought it up none of their concept art had a character design as ugly and stupid as that lol.

I prefer Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 over both the Webb films. The reason I brought it up is because you're such a fanboy and it shines through so much.

And yes, there are some fugly Green Goblin designs. And that's not me defending TASMs, because the new Green Goblin design is ugly as well. But look at Raimi's Green Goblin and Harry Goblin and tell me those aren't ugly as well. I guess you haven't seen the concept arts from Raimi's films.
