In MOS I think Snyder said Superman flies via some kind of gravity manipulation. Also if you check out the scene where superman flies for the first time in MOS, dirt/snow floats around him as he lifts off.

Maybe you have a better recollection, but didn't Supes say something to the effect of "she was everything to me" and/or "you took her away from me"?

my boy was thinking maybe its the fortress or some kryptionian force that is trying to pull his body. any dc characters with powers like that? could it be darkseid or martian manhunter ETC

I couldn't tell you if I tried. Somehow lex is able to hack the crashed zod ship and the ship tells him all this off screen information about everything krypton and then he baptizes zods body in murky water and cuts his hand to bleed on Zods face and the ship warns him it is against krypto law to make an abomination and then he orders it to do it anyway and then voiula - doomsday is just made by the ship.

doomsy is in a good enough chunk of the final fight to justify his presence but nothing more than that.

Not coming back as far as I can tell.

Doomsday is created by Lex. DNA of Zod and Lex.

Doomsday doesn't get enough screen time if you ask me and I think there is a big possibility of him showing back up....can't believe Doomsday would be so easily defeated. Zod put up more of a fight.

well with no solo superman film on schedule even batman doesn't have slot for his solo film superman is only confirmed for justice league and not a whole lot of need for clark disguise in JL.since lois knows his idenity in DCEU they can have her without him as clark.

wasn't cavill signed to 3 film deal when cast? remember MOS,BVS,and JL was mentioned by chris Terrio as trilogy.If he is going to be in JL part 2 WB will have to renew contract.Same thing with Gal Gadot for JL part 2.I defently remember hearing her signed to 3 film deal.so they have to renew contract for her to be In JL part 2

for me this was the best version of batman on screen to date. acting writing and direction. ben owned the roll. I would not be surprised if we hear soon about his solo flick!

I don't know if it's on top of his normal suit or just what he's sporting, but yeah. Caught me off guard. I didn't put it together that it was Barry until later... and that's just because I'd occasionally go back in the my head and say "What the **** was with that vision?. Guy in red with a bunch of goddamn lightning all around. I mean... oh."

And people have issues with that. Nolan's Batman wasn't the first Batman to be anti-gun / anti-kill. It's a DC comics staple.

Granted... it's mostly so they can re-use villains in future issues, but it's become part of the DC universe hero's character canon. I think many of us were just not expecting it because so many other things were on point, or trying to be on point.

We weren't prepared for it. We thought we moved past the era where film makers didn't violate character canon so liberally.

I have to say - my disappointment with the movie aside - the fight is amazing.

I loved the fights. Just not necessarily how they get resolved or some of the story leading up to them.

The action delivers. This is a Trinity VS Doomsday battle that will make the most anti-CG Porn person (me) be blown away.

Yep Burtons Batman killed in both films, and there was killing in the Nolan films too. And he's killed before in the comics. It's happened, and it appears it's happening again. Not a problem.
