Looks like Batman wins fair and square? Apart from setting traps for him? Apart from using kryptonite? Apart from using kryptonite based weapons?

I wouldn't say that is fair and square at all.

Batmans gadgets = Superman powers.

We as fans should be happy by the fact that we are getting Batman and Superman together in a movie.

I guess the complaints now will be, not enough civilians died, no way they would have had enough time to evacuate them. Lol i'm kidding, but not really.

Marvelites are gonna jump on this lol, since they had to suffer this for AOU

Regarding Batman killing...

I really don't have a problem with it, as long as it's to save Martha Kent. I'll be annoyed if it's just some pumped up mob bosses all at a meeting somewhere.

If killing a few people means Bruce's 'knightmare' doesn't come true because Martha Kent survives than that is absolutely fine. More or less the same as Superman killing Zod, killing some people to save the lives of many. As Spok would say "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one"

Not to mention, he's probably taking on a more personal approach with it being Martha Kent, mother of someone who he just nearly killed in their showdown.

but that's just me...

Clearly this Bats has been through a lot and he feels the need to kill. Thats just my opinion.

This. Well put.

I'd have a problem if he was killing everyone, but this is Bruce in (one of) his darkest moments. I wouldn't be surprised if he killed some of Joker's thugs when Robin died too.

Remember, he isn't killing everyone. He only kills those thugs on the back of the utes shooting at the batwing.

From what I have read from few spoilers is that Lex wants Batman to kill Superman or Martha dies. If that is the case then Superman has no choice, but let Batman win. And maybe is struggling to figure out what do.

Any post credit scene at the premiere?

Other way round.Lex sends Supes after Batman or Martha dies.

It makes me wonder then if he is truly killing people even in dark moments and for specific reasons, why would he let the Joker live this long? I personally believe you have 1 of 2 Batmans. No killing or he's semi OK with it, but then the Joker can't make it very far.

Why there is such a big debate about Batman 'winning' this fight. As soon as the film was announced I knew Batman would 'win'. The film would not work if Superman won.

If you ever seen or read TDKR. You'll know even when Batman is whaling on Superman who is infused with kryptonite due to Green Arrow showing up with a kryptonite-filled gas arrow, Superman still begs Batman to stop because he can hear Bruce's heart failing.

Superman is morally good.

Who knows aye. Maybe Batman thought he killed Joker but he was just in, I dunno, a coma?

I don't think he should kill anyone, as soon as he crosses the line he should be able to do it whenever he wants. Why would he not kill the Joker if he killed some of his thugs? It doesn't make sense. If he refuses to kill the Joker, it should be because he's never taken a life. Once he does, the Joker should be the first one he kills.

But what if the Joker is someone he knows/loves...I don't know, say Jason Todd? AKA Robin? Someone he really does NOT want to have to kill?

Could be a reference to his line in the trailer 'How many good guys in Gotham are left...How many stayed that way'

Right.

Meh, he's too smart and resourceful to not know. Besides, with the writing on Robin's costume and on that newspaper article he must know he's alive.

I thought I read somewhere that this Batman tortured and beat the Joker severely, almost to death, after Robin was killed and only snapped out of that rage because of Alfred.

I'm not saying he doesn't know now. But in the moment he probably thought he was dead. But then alter found out he was in intensive care at Arkham?

Certainly a possibility!

If the spoilers are true, this is infact Lex sending these messages to stir up Bruce, putting him on a vengeful road and aiming it at Superman

Still holding out hope that a post credit scene was saved for theaters, but I doubt it. It's not WB's style.
