Flash's warning was still kind of vague. He refers to "you were right about him. You have to save her!"

It's tough to know who the hims and hers are. We can only assume the him is Supes and the her is Lois or Martha at this point. There's just not enough context / information to be 100% sure of anything regarding the future possibilities.

It sounded so bad as when he said "you have to find us. Bring us together" I was like damn hell yea and the delivery was great. He was yelling it and it sounded desperate in a good way. Like its his last chance to save the future.

I still hate that Batman, the most non-comittal member / believer of power not being concentrated that much is the guy putting the league together.

so, a question for those who have seen it.

where is Superman/Clark buried?

Is it Smallville or Metropolis?

thanks.

Well superman a "death" changed him. He says in his life he failed him. He won't fail him in death. Plus when he comes back I'm sure supes will take a big role in it.

So what is the purpose of the senate hearing bomb then if not to frame Supes?

Why don't people ever take things into context?

This is an older Batman who lost his previous allies and now has a new metahuman world.

Of course he wants to be prepared and have his own team together.

Smallville for Clark,

separate casket (assuming empty) for Superman - looked like it was headed to Arlington.

- Jow

Small like right next to his father

thanks.

btw.......are you the guy who said he saw Angry Joe at his screening last night?

if so, did Angry Joe have a total, public meltdown in the theater at the end?? :woot:

That is its purpose.

The purpose of the senate bomb was to:

Get rid of Senator Finch who was blocking Lex from getting Kryptonite

Frame Superman against the public

Break the straw to get Batman angry enough to fight Superman

so, the funeral which Bruce and Diana attended was the Smallville one for Clark?

who else was at that funeral? Other Smallville residents?

I call BS on that framing. I thought that was what lex was doing too and it would have been genius, but 30 seconds after it happened they said on the news report it was the wheelchair bomb.

They also showed people burning Superman puppets/dummies, during that same news report iirc.

yes

- Jow

thanks.

and that means it's Clark's casket in Smallville that the final shot focuses on with the dirt levitating?

also, wouldn't that mean the Smallville cemetery would be considered haunted afterwards if the dirt suddenly starts levitating all by itself?? :o :oldrazz:

To anyone that has seen the film. Is the rumor true that In the Batcave we see some old Batman costumes on display and a Keaton-esque black Batman costume with yellow oval can be seen?

He couldn't have accomplished that because the investigation that would occur afterward would clearly indicate the source of the explosion. It made more sense to use it as an opportunity to fully shift the public discourse around Superman. The guy who is supposed to be God or a god didn't do anything to save all of these people. He let them all die. That's what Lex wanted to accomplish and he did.

Also, since Superman meets his demise while sacrificing himself to defeat Doomsday, do they explain or reveal that Clark Kent was also killed during the assault somehow? Or does it come out to the public that Clark Kent is Superman?
