I think someone in this thread might've mentioned that - what with gabriel being the one who rips the bible apart, perhaps he is the one (maybe even unknowingly) disguising himself as the light, when he is the satan.

That guy reminded me of Ed when he first showed up smoking on the porch. I never realized how accurate a comparison that would turn out to be. And it's so convenient for Rick to have had these seemingly homicidal thoughts about the guy, only to have him to turn out to be abusing his wife and kid.

I guess he's technically not wrong, since now that they've shown up, the whole town is falling apart. Though given how incompetent they are, it wouldn't have taken much longer anyway.

You don't suppose Carol is misreading things and then if Rick offs the guy it will be one of those oopsie type things? It never pays to jump to a conclusion too quickly.

Why the f*** did Glenn not kill that slimy little f***er at the end? There's absolutely no reason to even let him come back with them. End his life. It's more than he deserves.

It would look a bit suspicious if they came back with neither. They go off with two townspeople and both just happen to be killed.

Glenn doesn't know that there is anything weird going on in town. He cant make decisions based on things that the audience knows but he doesn't.

After all of the times when good people have died because the group failed to take action against bad people, one would think you'd start taking action.

Well his reaction to the slaughter of the cannibals was so toned down from what it was in the comic, I didn't expect this Gabriel to really turn on the group like he did.

word. he even went to that school to see if they were telling the truth, and saw bob's foot.

not to mention the fact that rick's group saved his life, twice. conveniently left that part out when deceiving deanna.

I mean, Alexandria is probably a better place for their survival than the church, but still...

If Deanna is smart, she'd consult Aaron first considering that he and Eric followed and studied the group for a significant amount of time. It's so annoying how Gabriel went on and on about the group doing horrific things and yet he didn't give any examples. Of course the fact that he shut his church down and refused to help his parishioners was conveniently left out. I'm curious too on what Maggie will do. Will she immediately tell Rick or does she talk with Deanna first?

He wouldn't be taken seriously if he admitted that the horrific things were directed at a sophisticated group of cannibals who were luring people from miles all around to their home base to systematically slaughter them.
