But he knew it was one of the X-Men. He wanted to get rid of them, hence the cure. Again, it makes no sense.

He wants to get rid of them, but he revived one of them to experiment on him. He gets a cure from the experiment, but decides to keep him around instead of you know, using the cure on him.

He was defeated by LOCKHEED. Yes, he is an idiot and that has been stated a few times in the book. I am waiting for Whedon to actually make a villain in a comic book that isn't either an idiot or a random collection of cliches being treated as unique, as Danger is.

rough your getting a little carried away there bro. hawkeye probly is and tigra and norman are good possibilities, but thats where id reason the logic stops. there is no way cap or iron man are skrulls nor spiderman and wolverine. i just highly doubt marvel would go that far. doubt theyll cheapen caps death so quick, iron mans too obvious, and they are not gonna f*** up spidey or logans solo books. just aint gonna happen. i dont even buy that preview that shows spiderwomans eyes as green. sure its a possibility, but it just smells like a red herring.

Okay, my bad. But you do have to admit that if the Skrull's did play a part in escalating the conflict in Civil War he played into their hands by releasing those prisoned unregistered heroes from the Negative Zone.

depends... skrulls or not i believe those heroes were imprisoned for wrong reasons... and cap's side would have let them out regardless... infact that was one of hulklings best moments.. loved it

Here's a couple new Theories and Hopes.

- Gwen Stacy was a Skrull, I doubt stuff will go this far back, and I really don't see what the Skrulls could stand to gain from this but they swapped Gwen out and it was a Skrull that was killed.

Why? Because the Skrulls wanted to replace Norman Osbourne, so they had him kill Gwen to that Spidey would then fight him to his Death so they could replace him.

Flaws? Why would they just not let Norman kill the real Gwen or just kill him themselves.

Story Possibilities? Peter's marriage is on the rocks, what better way to puch that sit overboard then to have Peter's first love Gwen Stacey come back into his life after he thought her dead or years,


- Wolverine is a Skrull.

Why? Because he's on the Avengers and the X-men, he's a big player in the Marvel U. Plus his speech in Fallen Son #4 about when they were putting the Aengers together was inorrect. He and Pete just passed it off as some motivational Speech thing because Logan wasn't there when the New Avengrs Formed....didn't seem like Wolverine to me, though it could just be some bad writing by Loeb. Another good point is that he said the Skrulls are fooling his senses, another good reason to take him out, so if we see someone else smelling them then we know they've got Logan...and it wouldn't be the first time he was replaced by a Skrull and no one noticed (Apocalypse: The Twelve)

Flaws: His solo arc during Civil war just doesn't strike me as a Skrull move unless to bring Atlantis into conflict with the Surface World, but he couldn't have planned on that....he must have just been gotten Recently if he is.

Story Possibilities: Wolverine breaking out and wreacking havok on the Skrull homeworld or ship, Skrullverine helping to plant more Skulls on both the X-men and New Avengers.

i will admit spider-woman is a bit too logical.. and her explination could be simple, shes the only one onto the baby... which is why she's having impure thoughts on having to kill it.... its no secret she got sick after stranges spell...

That's far, far worse than him coming back from the dead. Spider-Man comics will have jumped the shark far worse than when they brought Aunt May back from the dead and that's saying something.
