As for the reboot continuity question, it seems to me like most people have basically the same idea of what they want to do, but differing perceptions of which of the four options they would categorise that as. Here's what I'd suggest, in as concise a form as possible:

We tell our own original stories, unbeholden to current comics storylines. But we play using the roster of characters available in the DCnU, and where relevant, respect their currently in-canon origins/team alignments/etc.

I don't remember if I have said anything to this group or not but my dad was suffereing with cancer for almost a year. Tonight (Sunday night), he finally went to Heaven and has peace with the Lord Almighty. Therefore, I'll be MIA for probably a couple of weeks. This week will be the visitation\funeral and the following week I'm taking personal time off to deal with things. Do what is needed with Miri and Walker.

I meant to post this earlier, but I just wanted to say, thanks to Byrd for letting me do a little farewell post for The Joker. I wrote The Joker for what must have been the best part of 8 years, and I tried to sum up that whole run into a neat little conclusion and tie it up in a bow. I won't lie, it was difficult, and a little bit sad, too. To trot out the old cliche, it felt a bit like saying goodbye to a friend.

But every end is a new beginning. And I already have plans for the DC reboot. I know I've trailed off in my level of activity in the RPGs in recent years, with the other plates I have spinning, but I still want to be a part of the RPGs moving forward. And I'm really excited about the possibilities that lie ahead!

Because I've been a lazy ass, I'm going to try and spree post tomorrow to finish the arc. I've just been without the desire or time to post like I had wanted, so I'm changing the ending. Because, honestly, I'm only about halfway through.

But, I've come up with a different ending so I think I can finish this up.

Sumo, if you can keep up tomorrow, that would be cool. If not, I'll probably leave up behind. Sorry about that. I'll try not to screw up your characters too much.
