All he's had to do while in a jail cell, nursing his beaten, puffy face is think about what he'd do if he had the power to get back at those who got in his way.

When you look at it this way, Crazy Quilt may actually be one of the most terrifying guys to get a ring.

Red, I'd say. Yellow makes him more of a threat, but it would require people to have feared him before getting the ring.

I would say limit it as best as possible. I don't want to turn the RPG into the ****ing Lantern Corps RPG. I would say turning Joker and Wildcat into lanterns is about as far as I'd like it to go.
