I think it would have benefited the WWE in the long run to try that, creative people from different entertaintment mediums has been doing that since forever.

Just have a conversations with the fans, not through twitter or anything like that, but have a panel with all the writers and the fans interacting, like we've seen with writers from games, movies and comics on conventions.

It'd be a cool idea but would WWE use the ideas or be inspired by it? Vince's ego IMO won't allow it. He thinks he knows what's best for the fans despite history saying different.

Ambrose's best friend, Sami Callihan, got another tryout match before Smackdown. Here's a pretty good Callihan promo. [YT]cAM-35NM2Zc[/YT]

Huh, I just realized that AJ Lee has probably broken somewhat of a record by being involved in romantic angles on-air with more male wrestlers within a year than any other diva has in awhile, or ever.lol

I mean within this year alone, she's been placed in romantic angles with:

1. Daniel Bryan
2. CM Punk
3. Kane

And we may be adding John Cena to that list as well.

I don't even recall seeing Trish Stratus, Lita, or Stephanie McMahon being paired up with that many male wrestlers within the time span of a year. lol

Not sure about the years involved, but Trish got involved (onscreen) with the Vince, the Rock, Jericho and Christian within a short time period.

And therein lies the problems with WWE. But i'm not telling you guys what you didn't already know lol!

I haven't followed wrestling in aages, so the only way i catch any wrestling related news, is from this thread hehe

Who's the head writer these days? is it still Stephanie?

Brian Gerwitz was recently fired as RAW head writer and replaced by Eric Pankowski. Stephanie is in charge of Smackdown I think.

Haven't really noticed a difference unfortunately...

Agreed. As I've suggested in previous posts, they need an enema. Fresh creative and production changes to revitalize the product. Their current formula is busted.

If we want real change then Vince needs to take a step back, but that's not going to happen.

It will eventually. But by then will it simply be too little too late? Ratings are fairly ordinary, I think PG has taken away some of the edge and the consistently poor booking of potential future stars has ruined future opportunities.

I can't stand Russo but he did an interview years ago that provided insight into McMahon. He basically said McMahon was only concerned with the main event scene and that it was Russo who was pretty much in control of getting the midcard over.

- New details are coming out about The Undertaker's status for WrestleMania 29 and it's said that The Deadman is not in good shape at all. One thing that wasn't reported after his WrestleMania match with Triple H this year is that the hip replacement he had a few years back was damaged pretty bad.

There is talk that some of the surgical work he has had done over the past few years is really beat up to the point that he's back to square one. Taker had been going to see specialists in New York but he is so beat up now that WWE has been flying the doctors to his home in Texas instead.

There is also a lot of talk within WWE that if he does end up doing anything at WrestleMania 29, it likely won't be a big time physical match like we are used to. As we have noted, there is talk of having Taker work the Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant with the idea he can do a few memorable spots before being eliminated.

Right now The Undertaker is not being figured into any major WrestleMania plans internally. The feeling is if he wants to do it and feels like he can do it, WWE will make room for him. It wouldn't be the first time but it's possible could see The Undertaker skip a WrestleMania in 2013.

Some people within WWE are under the impression that the "end of an era" hype from this year's WrestleMania against Triple H really was the end as far as big time WrestleMania matches for The Undertaker go.

It will be strange to see Undertaker make an appearance at the rumble but miss Wrestlemania. I suppose it was inevitable. I would like to see him have one last match and retire(with his health intact). Undertaker deserves to retire with the streak but he also doesn't need it. I'll be fine with either outcome.

Cena won the match? I don't remember a decision being announced. Either way, he didn't win the title, so he's a MITB loser in my book.

I forgot about Cena. That was a waste of a briefcase. At least Jericho could of won the match he "created".

UFC President Dana White says Brock Lesnar will never return to the UFC, despite recent talks about the former Heavyweight MMA champion returning to the Octagon.
White called into the “Dave and Mahoney” show on X107.5 in Las Vegas on Tuesday and confirmed, "He's done. He called me a couple of days ago. He's never coming back."
After two life-threatening bouts with the intestinal disease diverticulitis, White said, "His body can't take it."
Lesnar is current under a 1-year contract with WWE that includes a limited number of remaining dates.
"[Brock] said he can wrestle, but he can't fight," White said. "He was contemplating coming back."

Does Michael Bluth have a brother in law who's an analrapist?

This is kind of awesome. I haven't read Avengers vs X-Men and the hardcover looks interesting.

Cant beleive they had Dolph running out of the ring from Ryback like a little girl. That was some bad jobbing to him

RIP Dolph Ziggler's career. We never really knew you.

I would love to see Sami Callihan on WWE or TNA, but he'd be completely wasted in the 'E. He became awesome to watch once he found a direction.

Hell, at shows I was going to here, he had no theme music so he came out screaming into a mic and telling us it was his theme music. Friggin' hilarious.

Johnny Emo is more fitting.

I think Sami Callihan Is a talented guy, but I don't know how he would do within the WWE system. Ambrose just fits better in WWE I think.
