Reigns is definitely a heel that's for sure. He could have beat both Braun and The Fiend straight up and he waited until the ring exploded. What's that tell you? The main event was fun in it's way with the bells and whistles they added. Good finish too.

Match of the night workrate-wise was Los Mysterios vs Rollins and Murphy.

Shayna, Sasha, and Bayley looked great in the Women's tag but Nia didn't do anything of note until the post-match where she was pretty funny.

Keith Lee vs Orton was fine. Would have been better if Lee was wrestling anyone else at the top except Orton but the finish was good.

Corbin stood opposite Matt Riddle while he got his stuff in. Not sure why Corbin is doing his typical routine with Riddle. That guy belongs in Vince's company more than you, dude. You're not wrestling a small guy who doesn't have the right look.

The two other matches were fine but I know Sheamus vs Big E could have been better.

Honestly I prefer this structure where the card escalated instead of up and down rollercoaster style.

This will be the first of a million Riddle vs. Corbin matches that will last at least another 5-7 months. And did I see it right, Orton lost clean? Wow, I did not expect that from Orton. Also who's the new interviewer? The one who interviewed Riddle?

So the Fiend wins the title to lose it less than a month later...to Reigns? Sigh. I mean, I think it's great that Roman's a heel, but what is the point of putting the title on the Fiend to have him drop it so quickly?

I hope Roman holds that belt for a long time, and the man to eventually defeat him is Big E.

I don't get why they finally turned Roman Reigns heel.
Because in Vince’s backwards point of view he thinks the fans will hate Roman for turning his back on them and going home for so long.

Brock Lesnar is a free agent. He'll be back in WWE when the crowds come back.

Did Reigns pin Fiend or Braun? I'm hoping Braun.

I don't know about "holds the belt for a long time", but I definitely want Big E as the champ.
Roman is holding the championship for roughly 7 months until WrestleMania so I don't know what to tell you. Maybe Otis gets his fluke reign for a month and Roman gets it right back. Then, Roman might go over at WrestleMania if he faces Lesnar, because what's the point of Brock going over, right?

If Roman faces anyone else then he's losing to give us that big babyface moment to close WrestleMania.

Top candidates to beat Roman at WrestleMania would probably be:
Keith Lee
Big E
Drew McIntyre
John Cena

Longity Long Long shots:
Daniel Bryan
Matt Riddle
Samoa Joe
......Otis I guess

Lana as just another wrestler on TV isn't helping her at all. She needs a gimmick.

I would rather a great wrestler be the top heel, but realistically it has to be a good talker who isn't viewed as a good wrestler, like Lana, Carmella, Scarlett, maybe bring Kelly back and see if the can cut a heel promo since she is the ultimate symbol of everything people complained about for years.

Can only imagine what Kelly could do with Eva Marie's old gimmick considering she is a stereotypical Vince type who can do quite a bit more than Eva.

Imagine if she got her own dressing room apart from the other women and she just showed up and got handed a title shot by Vince as incentive for signing a new contract, then she cheats to beat Asuka or someone people see as legitimate, and brings back the Divas Championship until she drops it eventually.

Now that's a heel.

In kayfabe, Cena has vanished without a trace, reportedly stuck in the Firefly Funhouse. Actually surprised he hasn't returned to WWE TV yet in any capacity, since his current line of work has been shut down for months.

Bryan doesn't need the Universal Championship at this point. He's such an established vet at this point that if he loses a match, its no big deal.

The only way they book Money in the Bank well and not make Otis a goof is if Otis decides to hand the briefcase over to Mandy.

How is Otis not lame for giving Mandy the briefcase?

Mandy could turn and be the top heel I guess. Bailey and Sasha are great but Mandy is more likely to get heat being the type she is.

He would be more smitten. I don't see Otis ever being a legit title holder in any of the singles titles. He fits more into the 24/7 Title scene due to his character.

Unpopular opinion: RAW Underground isn't that bad. It's the gritty vibe of the original Shotgun Saturday Night mixed with a worked Brawl for All. My question is who are you trying to get over? Because Matt Riddle is on SmackDown, Timothy Thatcher's grizzly ass is in NXT, and I don't see Barrett walking through and beating everyone's asses. Is Moss really the end game? Whoever it is needs to be managed by Shane and get a nice run on the main show and maybe feud with Bobby Lasthley and blow it off with a U.S. title match in the Fightpit.

This is one of the few things Moss has done well. And it at least got Arturo Ruas a minor debut and we got to see Avery Taylor on the radar (even if she got destroyed. She's good, lotta fun to watch when I was going to Shine). So so far I approve of RU.

I can't take 6-7 months of Reigns as champ. I guess I'll be fast forwarding through Smackdown for awhile...

I guess....Dude is going to have a great run with Heyman.

Yeah he's going to be retired from wrestling for a bit I suspect.

Still, hope he goes back to New Japan or replaces JR.

JR and today's style don't mix and he obviously doesn't like it despite what he will tell you.
