The Wrestling Thread has much larger nipples

Assuming that Cody finally wins the Undisputed Championship at WM 40, I hope they proceed with just retiring the Universal Championship and move forward with just the WWE Championship.

Also, we really need both a new design for the current Tag Team Championship and split the unified titles so that both brands have something to go for.

Drew has become my favorite wrestler. I always rated him highly, but he's just been killing it lately, and Seth should drop the title to McIntyre. And that's coming from a big Seth guy.

My updated predictions

Drew vs Seth (Drew wins)

Bayley vs Iyo (Bayley wins)

Logan Paul vs Montez Ford (has a TV show, and Logan was rude to Bianca on SD)

Rhea vs Becky Lynch

Awesome Truth vs Judgement Day for tag titles.

Seth and Cody vs Roman and The Rock. (Yes I have Seth pulling double duty. Triple H talked up a lot that the very first WrestleMania was headlined by a tag team match. This would happen on night 1 as would Seths first match)

Cody vs Roman night 2

Gunther vs Jey IC title

Jade Cargill vs Nia Jax

Bianca vs Tiffany Stratton

Liv and Raquel vs Kabuki Warriors

Randy Orton vs Solo

AJ Styles vs L.A Knight

Bobby Lashley vs Karrion Kross

Rey Mysterio vs Santos Escobar

Think they're on their way to doing that. The WMXL match-up graphic now lists Reigns as 'The WWE Champion'.

Drew went from good to great with these last few weeks of videos alone.

Right now is Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate vs Ciampa and Gargano. Is that the most NXT match ever on SmackDown?

R Truth popped up to interact with Kevin Owens, and it lead to a VERY loud We Want Truth chant :funny:

Drew wins if he's re-signed to a new contract. It hasn't been reported in a while if he has.

If the Rock replaces Vince McMahon on screen as the evil corporate character, I do hope it doesn't lead to a third match with John Cena.
The Rock is in his fifties and looks gassed after a few moves. Cena says he can't go like he used to and is looking to wind up his in ring career soon. A match between them at this stage would do neither of them any good. The only time they should share a screen together at this stage is in the Fast and Furious franchise.

I have enjoyed Roman, until last year. The entire Bloodline Saga after MITB last year has been pretty bad and the Roman matches themselves beyond stale. It's the same match. I am ready for a new champion lol
Yep. I have enjoyed Roman's reign but he has already beaten everyone at this point. Only so long they can have him keep getting bailed out by the bloodline before it gets incredibly stale and it's starting to get to that point.

The top heels role is to build to a point in which you really want to see them getting beat by the babyface and that time has come multiple times now. You have to pull the trigger at some point or you start losing your audience.

The literal only ring veteran that should retire Cena (or even fight him at this point) is Randy Orton.

Orton can very clearly still go at his age, they know each other well in terms of their ring psychology, there's a very obvious story there. It's such a no brainer.

Drew keeps on it killing it. I love the Owen Hart reference
Drew's feud with Noam Dar across the indies is worth watching. Drew on an absolute rampage. Drew flipping Dar the bird and kicking him off a balcony in ICW is iconic.

I missed the opening of Smackdown, but I saw it now. Drew saying he's DM Hunk is hilarious :funny:

Stop....

but my brain says you're probably right. I'm really wondering who Bianca's opponent for Mania should be, I think they'll have her fight Jade, but she will really have to carry her in that match.

The reason I didn't put Jade vs Bianca is because Bianca is currently undefeated at WrestleMania and I think they should keep that going, and I don't think Jade should lose her first Mania match. So I figured just have her dominate Nia and get the win

There are people predicting a Bianca and Jade team-up against the Kabuki Warriors for the Women's Tag Team Titles. I don't think Bianca has competed for the tag team titles. She already has history feuding with Damage CTRL and she could say that the Women's Tag Team Titles might be her only path to Mania.

FYI, Bianca is not winning the Elimination Chamber. Becky is winning that one. Bianca is at a point in her career now where a loss doesn't affect her career, which was why when she beat Asuka and then a minute later was cashed in on by Iyo Sky, there wasn't much outrage at Bianca having a reign that short. She already had a really long reign (in which she got revenge on Becky) before that. Plus, it was Iyo Sky cashing in on her. While being the first 2 time Women's Rumble winner would have been a neat career accomplishment, she and Becky and a returning Charlotte as well as Bayley and Asuka (and maybe Rhea if she's not a champion by then) can all vie to be the first 2 Time Women's Rumble winner next year.

WWE should make Cody Crybabies merch. I guarantee it would sell.
