You can get injured by doing the most basic of moves in wrestling that people think doing a bump like that is far more dangerous when its really not, as long as you don't do this every match.

Randy Orton's back issues are a good example of a simple move like the RKO and the long term damage and effects its had on his back. One spot can be dangerous but even a basic body slam can be more dangerous than a huge bump if its not done properly.

With that said, I certainly wouldn't be jumping off ladders at 60+ years old.

My issue with the move was, from the footage I've seen, it looked like the rung of the ladder he was standing on was just under the top rope. He could have stepped onto it and gotten the needed height and distance to make the move work. Instead he jumped from the ladder, fell short and it cost him a tooth.

LA Knight has not won any singles championship and likely should have won the MITB match given how over he's been lately.
