I loved his return. I loved how long it took people to start booing. I totally expect a repeat of it next week too. Jericho's a smart guy and he's probably handling the creative in his comeback quite closely; I think he has a plan and this is just step one. It'll all slowly make sense, soon enough.

So... Other thoughts a out Raw.

1.) Jericho is a genius. Worth repeating.
2.) R-Truth is bonkers bat **** insane. Wow I love this guy.
3.) Miz is a ****ing idiot, and I love every moment of it.
4.) John Cena is still lame as all get out.
5.) Dolph Ziggler continues to win me over.
6.) Daniel Bryan should be in the mid card, not holding a top title. He'd be perfect as part of the elevation of the mid card titles alongside Rhodes, Ziggler, Ryder, Swagger, etc.
7.) Not sure how I feel about Kane's dimension of hell underneath the ring.
8.) Chris Jericho is a god damn mother****ing genius. Yes - I am saying it: Chris Jericho, without saying a word, cut one of the best promos I have ever seen. As far as im concerned, yup, up there with the CM Punk "shoot" promo. Without saying a word, Jericho completely hyped the crowd up, and yanked the rug out from under them. He was a master puppeteer, completely manipulating the crowd, and controlling them in the palm of his hand. The fact that he was such a face, in such a subtle heelish way I thought was just brilliance.

i love bryan and everything but i am sorry he does'nt scream main event he is just extremely bland from his look to his music to his ring attire to the way he hops down to the ring

Cody is a bigger star, he has more of the tools to be a top guy than Bryan.

I'm not sure what they are trying to do with Bryan, it sort of feels like they are setting up a heel turn and that is a role Bryan is very capable of playing if booked well.

A healthy way to start the day!

Yeah, even though the win I think Punk needed was over the nose of noses, the feud with Jericho will be two guys looking to get the angle over and who should have a far superior match as these days Triple H needs props to have a decent match and the Punk angle wouldn't require them.

Jericho's promo is genius in multiple ways.

I mean, the entire promo required that he get the Megaface reaction... which he did. It also required that he could milk it for AGES... which he did, and finally turn people against him without saying a word.

It was great.

You can hear plenty of boos at the end, and the look on his face before he left said it all. This is a new, twisted, delusional Jericho.

I honestly couldn't tell if that was a heel turn or not for Jericho. Whatever. They botched the return, but Jericho is back. Does anything else matter?

I have to admit, at a CERTAIN point during the promo I was thinking, "Jericho, you're messing this up by milking it for too long", so I thought botch too.

But the longer it went on it was obviously planned.
