Why doesn't JR just quit?

MITB PPV should be replaced by King of the Ring.

I agree on King of the Ring.

I don't want to see JR quit though. Especially with WWE Network getting underway.

As for Cole burying people. There are people he can bury with his commentary and people he can't, although the latter is a short list containing Triple H, Cena and Orton. Cole can't call Triple H a loser like he does with Daniel Bryan. When Taker comes back, he isn't allowed to say things about Taker that he would about Ryder or Bryan.

Money in the Bank Returning to WrestleMania, Dusty's Book for Kids, More

- Jim Ross said on Twitter that he's not on WWE TV because WWE is not high on his look plus officials like Michael Cole.

Of course they like him who else can plug twitter and announce dumb factoids that nobody cares about
- As of this week, the plan is to bring WWE's Money in the Bank match back to WrestleMania 28 in Miami. The match was not featured at this year's WrestleMania event.
That probably has more to do with the launch of WWE network coenciding with wrestlemania. Those matches tend to give great buzz.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that Randy Orton will be out of action for six months following a very serious back injury. This announcement was made at the Smackdown house show tonight in Detroit, Michigan. WWE offered any fans who were upset by this refunds for that night's event.

Is Stone Cold and The Rock also exempt from his "pain in the ass" commentary since I do recall him saying something negative about them at times; course it would always be followed up with his ass getting handed to him...sigh..those were the days.lol

Oh great, so they take Money In The Bank out of Wrestlemania the ONE time I get to go... :cmad::cmad::cmad:

(actually, it hasn't been decided yet, but I may be going down to Miami for Wrestlemania 28... :awesome::awesome::awesome:)

That's awful. I hope this doesn't shorten his career.

I'm debating going this year myself. Last time I went was in Orlando , that was awesome. Except they didn't do much for fan access, you had to pay a lot for decent autograph sessions and that would consume the entire day , so my gf and I just went on the rides at universal.

Man, sucks for Orton. I've hated him less since his face turn.

Shame for Randy panties, I wasn't really sure what they were gonna do with him for Mania but sucks to be out this time of year.

All in all, it's probably going to cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $500 to go down to Miami for a weekend, and attend Wrestlemania. I'm not sure if $500 is something I'm willing to spend, I'll have to see what it looks like when I get my finances in order.

New pic from Miz' Twitter, I guess it's a photo shoot he and Maryse did for the NOH8 campaign.

I'm kinda' surprised the WWE haven't gone a Barrett/Sheamus/McIntyre/Ryan/Regal stable route, as of yet.
I think it might of worked before but WWE made Sheamus and Mason Ryan faces, Barrett got wasted in the terrible Corre stable and doesn't want to be in stables anymore. McIntrye has one foot out the door of the WWE and Regal is a part timer who is only really kept around these days because he trains some of the young guys, is friends with Triple H and is well respected.

A UK and Ireland stable with these guys would be cool but it would be a bit cliche as well as its been done many times before.
WWF 1998 - Stone Cold Steve Austin feuds with Interim Raw GM Gerald Briscoe.

WWF 2000 - The Rock has a huge title feud with Val Venis.

Yeah, guess how hot those ratings would have been.

The answer is simple, give Punk a proper challenger and an angle with some substance and he'll deliver, hell he did in the summer, he made Cena and Triple H the most interesting either has been in years.
Good point thats why I'm pulling for CM Punk vs Chris Jericho fued.

Not enough people care about a CM Punk, Miz and Alberto Del Rio fued despite how good their TLC match was

Sorry to hear about Randy's injury. Hope he makes a speedy recovery.

One of the biggest problems with WWE today is predictable booking.

As soon as a match is announced, 9 out of 10 times you can predict the outcome.

Kelly Kelly vs Beth Phoenix in non-PPV matches? Kelly will win with a cheap roll up.

Not this week, but next week we're gonna see Daniel Bryan vs Big Show for the Championship. I guarantee it ends in DQ with interference by Mark Henry.

It's all too predictable.

- The Wrestling Observer is reporting that upon her return to the ring, WWE Diva Layla is expected to be pushed into the Diva's Title picture.

Natalya is also expected to receive a title shot/push at some point in 2012 as the internal feeling is that the Beth Phoenix vs Eve Torres/Kelly Kelly feud has worn out.

- WWE Wins Several NZ News Awards

Thanks to Samuel Wallace for sending in the following:

I was watching the news earlier today in New Zealand, and in the sports section of the broadcast they did recognize WWE in their top 10 of 2011 and WWE won 3 awards:

Crash and Burn of the Year:
Big Show and Mark Henry at Vengeance

Father of the Year:
Zack Ryder's dad

Male Athlete of the Year:
CM Punk

- Jim Ross has posted the following on Twitter:

"Morrison didn't renew his contract. Taking time off to heal, rest, train. He'll likely be back sometime in 2012. Smart move."

- William Regal has posted the following update on Twitter:

“Can I please make this clear.I have never said I’m retiring. Not at the O2 last year nor this week. Not wrestle as much, yes, but not retire.”

“Nor have I been removed from NXT or the WWE. Not been in trouble either(shock I know).”

Poo and pee before you leave your house and grab food before the show starts. Enjoy the show!!!

That's pretty much the best advice anyone can have for going to any sporting live event or concert. Bathroom lines are long. Food is super expensive.

Other piece of advice...just hope that you don't sit next to the stinky wrestling fans or the really drunk people who will accidentally spill beer on you or yell stupid things the whole show and make you want to punch them in the face.

sucks orton is on the shelf for so long
but on the bright side, someone else will get mania time

That's not too bad, If I can do it around the same price range I'll go. It really depends on a couple things as well. My job has a challenge bonus and that could mean an extra check by the end of the month but we won't know until we get final numbers for the year.

TBH, Orton's injury is a blessing in disguise for both him and the fans as he's stale as ****.

Is it sad that as I read that, his voice was in my head?

Regal is friends with Triple H. As long as that remains, he'll always have a spot in the WWE.
