So when do they announce that The Undertaker, Triple H and the Rock as exempt from the draft?

Also, if the UFC was sold for $4 billion, how much is TNA going to be for sale?

I say five dollars!

RAW was good for a change:

- The Backlund segments have been dull, but I'm all for Darren Young being made into a singles star.

- Zack Ryder gave Sheamus a good fight compared to getting squashed by him in less than a minute when he challenged him for the WWE title 6 years ago.

- Fabreeze winning was a shocker. Sick kick by Orlando Bloom...I mean Tyler Breeze!

- I lol'ed @ Rollins doing his version of the classic Kurt Angle / The Rock interview.

- Good contest between Owens and Cesaro. When did KO start incorporating the reverse TKO?

- Shame on O'Neil beating up his former tag team partner Slater

- The New Day Vs. Wyatt swamp brawl was fun. It should've been the actual match on the PPV.

- Enzo & Cass Vs. The Club was a long match.

- Banks Vs. Brooke was decent for your main event of the evening. Loved the Backstabber / Bank Statement combo. Using the foot to stop a rope break was brilliant.

- Congrats, fans, you finally got what you wanted from 2002, Stephanie and Shane being in charge of RAW / Smackdown

I'm hoping we get a Backwater Brawl PPV gimmick match between New Day and the Wyatt Family.

I'm probably setting myself up for disappointment but I think WWE has turned the corner and fixed a large part of their booking issues.

Steph trying to style out that stumble.

I honestly thought Bray was going to take Xavier Woods and brainwash him.

Glad he didn't though. That brawl was all kinds of awesome. While I'm a fan of New Day, that was one of the few times I took them "seriously".

I guess I have to watch Battleground now, because Dana Brooke just infuriates me. I've said it before, but she looks like a walking botchamania in everything she does, and I hate to ring physical appearance into play, but she looks like an older woman that got some bad plastic surgery done in many areas.

As for the McMahon family stuff, it's been really awkward since Vince returned earlier in the year and there has been a lot of sexual tension, or at least what seems to be tension, going on between them, and after watching some old videos from back in the day and hearing some of Vince's idea for Steph's pregnancy, it's actually very creepy.

Karl Anderson- great wrestler, makes funny noises in the ring. "Hiii-yaa!"

At first I thought it was just me so I'm glad I'm not the oil one who noticed. The McMahons have always had those creepy interactions. Not sure I could put my daughter in so many weird sexual situations on the show and and not be bothered by it. Someone told a bizzare story of Vince Stephanie and HHH in a limo one time.

As for Dana Brooke she's so awkward at doing everything. Bringing her up so soon feels like a step backwards for all the progress the women's division has made.

Yeah, I didn't notice the Steph/Shane stuff until Steve and Larson mentioned it on their podcast, but even WhatCulture videos have covered how Vince originally wanted to do a storyline where he was revealed as the father of Steph's baby, and when she was against that, he suggest Shane.

Why!?

As for Dana, I feel the exact same way. We got Becky, Sasha and Charlotte, which helped push Paige and Natalya, while also getting rid of the Bellas. Things were looking up, but then Dana comes along and just sets things back, through no real fault of her own.

She needs to change her costumes, definitely. She should think of herself more like Beth Phoenix and less like Candice Michelle.

Had to laugh at the one of the Luchadores botches last night, but dammit if he didn't recover well with some outstanding follow up moves.

I like Dana. I actually think that she's improved quite a bit in a short amount of time (I've praised Asuka's debut match in NXT a lot, and Dana did her part in making that work well). And she's got natural charisma and makes for a good heel (ironically she seems to be more charismatic than Charlotte is).

But I agree that she still needs a bit more seasoning before she's truly ready. Honestly calling Bayley up to the main roster makes so much sense at this point that, of course Vince and co haven't done it yet.

Vince has had some, "questionable" ideas for storylines for female characters in-general. Look up Whatcultere's "top ten" videos for Stephanie, Trish Stratus, and Big Vinnie himself to see what I mean. Let us not forget such "classics" as the Katie Vick angle, or the "Lita is pregnant by Kane and then has a miscarriage" storyline either, ugh. You know what I changed my mind, lets forget about those as quickly as possible.

And it amuses me that WWE is touting the Divas Revolution as "rebelling against the stereotypes about women's wrestling." Hey Vince, you know why those stereotypes are so ingrained with your audience? Because you and your company spent all of those years putting them there. You damaged the credibility of women's wrestling, and it's just not STARTING to recover, so you taking credit for this "revolution" is hilariously hypocritical.

Dana's basically there to take losses for Charlotte, to help build up Charlotte's opponent without Charlotte losing champ credibility. And while Dana could use some refinement in the ring, it's a role that fits well for her in that stage of her career. We definitely don't want to see Bayley or Asuka in that role, and Eva Marie is still not good enough in the ring to even lose effectively, and the other NXT girls are a little too green and difficult to buy into as a henchwoman worthy of a Flair.

So Stephanie will officially be the GM for Raw while Shane will be Smackdown's after the draft?

That's fine with me but I would have preferred it the other way around.

It makes sense to put Shane on Smackdown considering it's the brand that needs saving.

No SHane and Steph are Commishers of SD and Raw and they will pick the GM's next Monday on Raw

Steph will likely pick HHH and Shane will likely pick Foley or DB.

For the first time in a long time, I'm actually excited to watch Impact tonight.

Usually I just DVR it and end up deleting it without watching and/or fast forwarding through a lot of it.

Probably setting myself up for disappointment, but we'll see.

I just find it amusing that you have a "henchwoman" who's got more natural charisma than her "boss."

I like both Dana and Charlotte, but I disagree with that assessment; I think Charlotte is one of the best talkers among female heels that we've seen in a long time.

Agreed. I wasn't big on Charlotte as a face, but she's definitely found her voice as a heel.
